Very bad customer service. Asked for all sorts of things and wasted my time for days just because I wanted to open an account. Thank God I went to a nearby Chase account I was answered to immediately!

Another example of big banking providing as little customer support as possible. After 15 mins of voice mail maze you finally get a person in a foreign land . No companies want to be bothered with helping their customers. What is happening to our country???
