They only cater to Indian customers.. they were very uncaring that my account was hacked and I had to drive to another location just to try and get my accounts closed. This location I will never visit again!

What happened to the banks then never have more than one person at a window. Why are there 6 windows or more. only one opened ever with some joker in the lobby laughing while he tell u he cant do anything to help but sorryWhat a joke help or get some else to do itThey all have the exact same problems and they all have there own individual problems

This bank is the absolute slowest bank I've ever been to. There can be 1 car in front of you and your going to wait minimum 45 minutes. I think they need more employees or maybe people who have a little pep in their step. Absolutely ridiculous!

Direct deposits for customers' paychecks were listed as a "pending transaction" on Thursday night, but on Friday morning, there's no trace of these ACH deposits in Wells Fargo bank accounts! The first WF customer service representative I spoke to wasn't even aware of the problem and told me it had to be a mistake on my employer's end. After ruling that out with the payroll office at my company, I at least spoke to a more informed WF customer service rep who assured me WF was aware of the problem and was working quickly to fix it. Now it's Saturday, and the problem still hasn't been resolved! I'm thankful that I have some money in Savings to pay bills and buy necessities, but many people are not so fortunate. Wells Fargo should be ashamed of themselves for this error that must be affecting tens of thousands of people if not more! I've been a long time customer of WF, but I have lost all confidence in the security of my finances with this institution. I will be moving my accounts to another bank or credit union as soon as possible.

This is the WORST bank to deal with. I am so glad I no longer bank with them. I only came to cash a check. It was 4:20 when I arrived with 5 people in front of me and even when they closed at 5 I was still in line with 2 people in front of me. There were 3 tellers behind the glass just walking back and forth. Seeing how the line was growing no one jumped in to help. The teller that was assisting customers was obviously new. I had to listen to a woman on FaceTime talking loud as ever in line. This bank gives Wells Fargo a bad name. I will never come to this location again to do any business.

I wish I could give this bank a ZERO… omg they are the worst. I’m so glad I don’t bank here. Arrived at 4:30 … they only had one teller who was slow as molasses n one in training. The rest were by the window congregating like no one was here. There were 4 people ahead of me …. I didn’t get seen until after 5. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!! First thing I recommend is to get rid of the current staff here… they lack customer service skills n professionalism. If my check wasn’t a Wells Fargo check I would’ve never stepped foot in here. This is very disappointing and I would not come back. Save urself the trouble n find another branch.

The worst service everytime I come here, i emphasize to CASH my check and never had an issue anywhere else but it being close to my job I come here. She has me waiting so long and I don’t say anything, finally she finishes and ended up depositing the check after I asked her to cash it for me. She got someone else on the speaker to talk to me, which I’m not sure how hard it is to know i want to cash it but put a certain amount on the card and $200 cash. She attempts to re-cash it and says it’s not letting her since it’s not a Wells Fargo check…it’s never been a Wells Fargo check and I’ve always been able to cash it same day so that’s d**** A waste of 30 MINUTES, thanks ANA for nothing.

I went today to cash a check from a settlement I've recently received.theteller was ok,but the manager,a guy,came off as rude,and aggressive!!I'm a customer of wells Fargo and have been for awhile,!but how he treated me today was unacceptable!!I will be finding another Bank

The worst drive thru everBoth times I done business there, the wait is ridiculous. Apparently one person doing all three lanes. It took her twenty minutes to check out one customer.

Great and amazing, teller was super helpfull! Had gone to another location and had a bad experience & went here and resolved everything in less than 5 min.
