I read the reviews and went anyway. While I did notice alot of people in the lobby I was at the commercial drive thru window. I pulled up at 11:24 and at 11:28 I was on my way. I had great fast and friendly service.

Don't know if it's short staffing or what but commercial line always comes last. I'm always waiting in this line for at least near two hours

I went to the bank and made a deposit and they shorted my deposit by 100 they counted their drawer and said they where not over or short so I had a loss of 100 she said her Manger would call me in 3 to 5 days they also told the gentleman in the vehicle next to me the same thing I don't know whats going on they are robbing people I did call and file a complaint they gentleman that assisted me his name was Christopher I will never use this bank again!!!

?? Terrible Attention ?? According to One Open an Online Account. But if you are a resident, you have to go to the branch to take your papers ?? You go and they don't attend you only by appointment. They should put that on Google. ??

They only cater to Indian customers.. they were very uncaring that my account was hacked and I had to drive to another location just to try and get my accounts closed. This location I will never visit again!
