I made an appointment on the app at 1:00pm, it's almost 2:00pm and no one attends to me. So I'm going to have to leave without being able to get into my safe deposit box. And start looking for another bank.

Flat refused to provide me paper copies of information about their checking and savings accounts, stating they didn’t have any. Banks are required by law to provide paper copies of any information regarding their products and services and this business denies even the ability to do so.

Service are horrible every time I go there I have to wait for at least two or three hours. They always have only one or two banker. And after a long waiting, I asked them what happened they tell me I can come back tomorrow that’s ridiculous. That’s happened every time

I hate this location. The ATMs are ALWAYS down. Never have enough staff so the lines are incredibly long and take forever. I hate that this is the closest location to me. You’d think with all the money Wells Fargo makes they could afford some newer atms that would work.

One of the supervisors was ready to assist people and directed me to where I needed to go. Also, the bank teller, Yosiel, gave great service.

I would like to take a moment out of my life to tell you what a truly terrible bank this is. Last time I visited the bank, I went in, because I needed small bills. Isela was extremely rude and condescending. She told me that I should be using an atm instead of a teller even though atm's don't give out small bills. So today I tried to deposit money at the atm and the atm tried to eat the check. As in, the atm opened the deposit slot and tried to return the check and I literally had to pull the check out of the rollers slowly so the check wouldn't tear. I was very mad, so I went home and tried to use the mobile deposit option. It took about 15 tries before the app worked and accepted the deposit. Then I realized I forgot to get rent. So I drove to a different branch. Turns out that branch is closing but has a sign that says the atm will stay after the branch closes. So I look where the atm usually is and it's gone. They removed it. This is after hours, so the branch is closed. So I went back to the original branch, and used the atm there. That atm did give me the money, but stated it is no longer accepting deposits. Hmmmmm. If I here from them about it, I will sue them. I've been a wells fargo customer for twenty years. It is not a good bank. I also recently became a doctorate level healthcare practitioner. I'll be opening an account somewhere else.
