I am a WF customer and I have waisted over an hour sitting in the bank to get one document notarized. Still didn't get it done.?

I made an appointment on the app at 1:00pm, it's almost 2:00pm and no one attends to me. So I'm going to have to leave without being able to get into my safe deposit box. And start looking for another bank.

Flat refused to provide me paper copies of information about their checking and savings accounts, stating they didn’t have any. Banks are required by law to provide paper copies of any information regarding their products and services and this business denies even the ability to do so.
