Very bad service I had an appointment at 2:30 drove 30 mins in the pouring rain to get there on time for them to have me waiting and then to cancel my appointment and couldn’t get me another appointment set and the same for 2 other customers leaving upset

No customer service even after being customer for 5 years. They made me so mad that i am closing my account at wellsfargo and opening at chase. No loyalty show to their own longtime customer. If everything can be done on the app am i a fool to go to the bank wait in line and then get this answer. If i am at the bank with all my money and documents and i still need to use the app wow????♂️??♂️
