Do not get a membership here no matter what. Wish I could give less than one star. After months of calling and multiple messages to their website trying to get a membership canceled. I had enough and spam called the location until I finally got an answer. I got to talk to an extremely rude manager that told me that the account had already been canceled even though I had been charged. I was told that they would not do anything to make it right and they go through messages and emails every day which is a complete lie as I never received any correspondence back. Over $100 I was charged while I had no way to cancel it. This is a terrible business and will steal your money.

I have been a member off an on for years here. Today, incident happened where my automatic wipers, as I turned them off, got got on the first set of wash apparatus. Literally ripped off my blade and cracked my windshield.
Immediately told the manager, and off course it’s my fault. Story never changed, and the camera verifies what I said… automatic wipers come on, I turn them off, but the first apparatus catches the wiper and destroys it.
On top of that, the manager leaves, asks me where is the wiper like I should have it in my possession (it’s in the car wash where it was ripped off). Next he proceeds to argue it’s not his fault, and I should just call 911 (which I did but the dispatcher was puzzled).
Again, was a member for years before I moved. Know a lot of the people here from the years. But this is ridiculous. Even if there was some kind of customer service versus the arguing, defensive, accusing nature it could have been handled differently. Plus during our “conversation” the manager kept walking off to help other people.
I’m not even argumentative, but never again! Stay away! Definitely letting all my friends I’ve met up here over the years know how this has played out!
Update: also my wiper motor is broken. Of course it is a civil matter, and the manager switched his story that I requested the police and that he had provided me with all the info I needed to file a claim with the company (which he did not and the officer made him provide the info).

Yazen provided great customer service when I had a little mishap (my fault) and didn’t make me feel embarrassed at all. I appreciated him being so kind. I will be returning simply for this gesture and that my car looked great.

One star is too much! The car wash damaged my vehicle and the manager doesn’t return phone calls ever and wouldn’t give my insurance company my incident report number or the owners contact information

The ppl here are nice. I was having trouble getting a code on my phone for a discount and they guy helped me figure it out. It was a full house but they were all out there directing traffic, making sure the there was fresh cleaning rags. This is my preferred place to go
