This customer service department is dumb. Csm Jill never has time to help customer. The others repeat what's said to them. The store manager comes up with new ideas why a coupon doesn't work. Pick up phone and call support. There are people willing to spend money but employees are too busy chatting with their buddies. That's why Amazon,tom thumb and kroger will be in business
