ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE TONIGHT! The Black female pharmacist working on Wednesday, February 7th is very rude and does not know how to talk to customers!!The pharmacy fulfilled my prescription INCORRECTLY TWICE!! Instead of fixing it, I was yelled at, chastised, interrupted and belittled.I will be calling Walgreens corporate office.

The person at the drive through made it clear they were closing soon and wanted to not look through my records in order to fill my most recent prescription. She rolled her eyes when I asked her to fill my prescription. She said there was no more refills and I told her that when I had picked it up from her last time she had told me that she would only be able to provide a partial fill because that was all they had on hand. When I reminded her about that conversation she got irritated she had that she had to look back at my records. She was in a very bad mood because she disnt want to put the effort since she was closing soon. Which she said she was cloaing soon. Then I walked in to speak with the pharmacist. The pharmacist confirmed I did have 2 more refills. Then when I attempted to tell her about her tech who was very rude and said I had no more refills she said to me "I just got here so I am not sure what happened between you and the pharmacy tech but I will tell you that in my experience the patients are not always right" so she was not sure if she actually needed to speak with her tech because in her personal opinion her pharmacy tech was a good person. As if her personal feelings were relevant to a situation she had not witnessed. And to tell a patient you are not right is unprofessional and terrible leadership skills along with a bad example for her staff. Terrible customer service. Lack of people skills and lack of compassion, along with a lack of training of their operating computer system of the techs. Or maybe it was pure laziness? It is not hard to look at the most recent refill on a patients records. I should know as someone who has worked in pharmacy. There were alot more details like the tech saying well your chart has too many meds so it is too much to find your most recent fill. So you also have to make me feel bad about having medical needs? Humiliate patients is what we do at this location? If I'm not mistaken without medical needs you wouldn't have a job. So if you are not happy to do your job quit. Let those with good patient care and compassion to take your place.

Alex is the most disrespectful employee I've ever met. Long story short, because corporate is already involved, Alex was extremely disrespectful about a tags discount and when trying to figure out how to use the app I was disrespected the whole time and yelled at. When I asked her why she kept yelling at me and to just let me keep trying she threatened to call the police on me then kept taunting me when I decided to walk away, make my purchase at full price, then leave. If you see her ( she wears a mask 24/7 you can't miss her) just avoid at all costs.

I bought this for my 5 year old as a gift because she loves rainbow and unicorns. She asked me today why her girl unicorn has privates that look like this. The detail of the genital areas is highly disturbing and not appropriate for a small child. Shame on you Walgreens for carrying this product. I will not be returning to another Walgreens again.

Shame shame shame on Walgreens for pushing this on our young youth! This is one of the 3 Unicorns I purchased for a Christmas gift for my 3 year old niece. This should not be pushed on children, period!!! This is not okay!!

Female medical assistant was rude and disrespectful, she would ask questions then interrupt before I could completely answer. Then ask the question again, never making eye contact. When I returned to pick up my prescription Ashley informed me via phone that one was at another location so when I arrived I informed the assistant and was interrupted again. Then given a sparky attitude when I asked for the address of the other Walgreens. When she started to tell me (I'm half Def with an ear infection) I asked her if she would please write it down as I'm not from here. She rolled her eyes and laughed at me as she hung up the drive through phone. I was 2 seconds from driving around and coming inside SUPER DISRESPECTFUL!!!!ASHLEY came to the window and I spoke to her, Ashley was kind and cordial this would be a ZERO star review if not for Ashley actions and character. This occurred at 2030hrs 10-12-2023

I pulled up to the drive through window to get my prescription. It didn't take long. After I paid for the prescription, the pharmacy tech said thank you. I assumed my prescription was on the way. I waited 2 or 3 minutes. Then pressed the call button. The tech said she would be with me in a minute. 5 minutes later another car pulled to the window next to me. She waited on that customer then asked me if she could help me. She didn't bother to come back to see what I needed until another car pulled up. . This is not the first time I have had poor service

Some (many) of the pharmasits are rude, they move so slow, and when you call be prepared for a ridiculous wait time. I once waited over an hour.

The customer service I received over the phone from each employee was remarkable. Sheila and Jen were quick to help me locate a receipt we needed. I would absolutely recommend this Walgreens! I appreciate their friendliness and efficiency.

I have never encountered a more ignorant group of pharmacists in my life. They told me I couldn't get my son his covid vaccine because "the government took their vaccines and changed the rules so he can't be vaccinated". All of which is untrue and harmful. I had to drive 45 minutes away to get him vaccinated because of their deliberate misinformation.

Me and my wife have been here several times to get pictures made and this time will be our last. I kid you not every single time it is either the skinny guy with the glasses or the very large guy . They are both extremely rude and not even the slightest bit of helpful. The manager of this location needes to hold their employees accountable for even the minimum standards of customer service as you can clearly see they are not reading threw these comments .... never again
