This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to… and I usually go to Walmart. The whole team is rude as hell with bad attitudes for no reason. Especially the Asian woman. It took everything for me not to step out of character with those people. There is no reason people with these attitudes should be handling someone’s medication. After seeing other reviews, I’m not the only one. I will never come back here. Do better

The pharmacist Makedra and cashier Rachel are extremely rude. Pharmacist said I did not take my medication correctly and since I am not good at following directions she would not refill my prescription. They refill it and deny it every other time so my dose changes. So rude!!

WALGREENS HEADQUARTERS!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE HORRIBLE, UNHAPPY, RUDE BLACK LADY THAT YOU HAVE EMPLOYED AT BALLPARK! SHE HAS BEEN THIS WAS FOR YEARS & PEOPLE WITH EMOTIONAL TRAUMA DO NOT..I REPEAT. DO NOT NEED TO BE SUBJECT TO HER MEAN SPIRIT! SHE DOESN'T EVEN TRY TO BE PLEASANT. I'M BLACK SO IT'S NOT ABOUT COLOR!! I'M SURE ALL THE OTHER COMPLAINTS ARE ABOUT THIS WOMAN TOO!! PLEASE.. SHE PUT ME IN A BAD PLACE EMOTIONALLY TODAY!!! Customer service in the pharmacy is very disappointing. They always treat me like I’ve offended them. If there’s another place that works with your insurance, definitely go there instead.

I unfortunately was that person crying in the pharmacy for an hour because my doctor's office screwed me over - every single pharmacy tech and pharmacist was so kind to me, a couple of them asked if I was okay, one asked if I wanted a hug, etc. Even though i didn't end up being able to get my prescription, y'all really made a difference in my day. Thank you.

RUDE PHARMACY EMPLOYEES!!! Not once but twice this lady was incredibly rude. She got very rude when I simply asked her a question. I would never recommend anyone going to this Walgreens. I wouldn't even rate it one star. If told her was being rude and she got even worse lol.. worst customer service ever

Okay so there this inconsiderate waste of oxygen that works here by the name of Christina , the Boomer heard me talking to her asking for help and she looked me dead in my face and ignored me. I had to get help from another employee I felt bad because she was getting ready to leave.

Rude pharmacy employees. I went through the drive thru and the speakers are loud and I thought she was speaking to me since I was there first. I apologized and she was soo rude. She didn't turn off the speaker and was talking about how "young people are so dumb" and I was "irresponsible" for going "late" for my daughter's prescription. If possible go to another location and save yourself from the rude attitude. I wish she had a name tag on so I'd be able to mention it.
