Today, as always, I went to the pharmacy to get my medications. I was attended to by young Jesus, very kind, polite, and he answered all my questions about my medications. Excellent, thank you, Jesus. God bless you.

Giving this pharmacy a one star review is to high Danny is so busy he has no time to be polite or to even think of anything close to customer service that is why after 13 years of having perceptions filled her we will be transferring them to another pharmacy. Thank you Danny for making the transition happen.

I had a very disappointing experience with this pharmacy service. Despite my efforts to explain that I had successfully made the same request at another Walgreens, they refused to assist me and didn't provide any valid reasons. However, when I went to another Walgreens location and requested the same order, they promptly helped me. I won't be returning to this place again.

This pharmacy has gone downhill. I am a 14-year customer. I was prescribed medicine that needs refrigeration. It was given to me warm and the staff first tried to tell me it didn't need refrigeration. When I explained to them that the medication website states it must be refrigerated they changed their explanation and stated they just took it out of their refrigerator and I would have to call all the Wagreens in the DFW area if I wanted a properly refrigerated medication. Terrible - stay away from this pharmacy.

I called, and the lady that answer was very nice and thorough. They also had the medication ready in 20 mins which was excellent. One of the medications wasn't covered by my insurance and so she applied a discount to make it affordable.

The service I received was ridiculous! Scout was the worst person ever! If that's not his name he was white, bald with glasses! Rude for no reason! Told me they don't shop for customers when I asked for assistance locating an item! But I saw him help a police officer cut the tag off his shades. Wow so he is worthy of special assistance but not me. Luckily a nice lady helped me. I was only in this area because of doordash. I will never come back to this location!

Now I understand why there were so many 5-11 children Pfizer vaccination appointments available at this location. I just left there with my daughter and she had THE worst experience from a Pharmacist/Pharmacy Manager. My daughter, as MOST KIDS ARE, was afraid of the needle sitting in plain sight with the Tech at the time to get the shot. The tech couldn't administer because of my daughter's fear so he called for the Pharmacist on duty this day Nov 21 at 3:00pm. The Pharmacist was rude with her tone to my child, very impatient and VERY insensitive to my kid's emotions and then told us they needed the vaccine seat for another patient. They need to do a better job at bed side manners if you're going to task these pharmacies with kid vaccinations. We will go elsewhere to professionals who know how to handle kids properly to get her shot.

I have been to this Walgreens before and had ok experience here. However, my last visit changed my view at this store. In a nutshell, a white big lady 'Karen' decided to refuse a return for a pick up order I wanted to return (within 30 days), where she only said they cannot take the return- telling me I had to go to the pick up store, where it clearly stated that I can return it to ANY Walgreen's store. I have explained several time to get of that, she raised her voice and started to show her Karen attitude. I was not going to put up with her Karen attitude like that. It had been about a 10 minute arguing with that Karen at the store before she gave up and said "Jason come take over, I can't". The manager did it more professionally and explained what happened and was able to do an exchange without having to issue a W-Card (Walgreen's merchandise credit). 'The Karens' do not deserve a job, and I will make a complain about this as well.
