I've had so many issues with this pharmacy and been disrespected by them time and again. Every once in a while you get someone that kinda knows what they are doing but it's rare. The kid I just dealt with was nice but could use a little help learning how to deal with people. Zero customer service. On top of everything maybe the outside of the drive up window is an indicator of how much they care. It looks like the last time anyone cleaned the drive up window kids drank out of the garden hose. Try to learn customer service and take pride in the place you work.

Experience today was TERRIBLE. I called to get an update on my prescription and all I got was attitude. It’s like the person working wasn’t even TRYING to look up my previous medications. I had to say it was on my file already multiple times. Maybe if the person wasn’t so busy cutting me off after every sentence they would have heard my concerns the first time. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Pharmacy NOT good. Get some help or better management! I had to get a prescription I needed for swelling & they are 24 hour pharmacy. Today is 1/27/24. My prescription was called in 1/25/24 around 7:15pm. I looked that evening 1/25/24 on the app & it showed it would be ready the next morning. I thought, “Ok, they must have to get it from another pharmacy”. Guess what? I checked this morning 1/27/24 & still was pending. I called & told them it had been pending & was told that I need to call and ask them if that happens. I will gladly drive to a different Walgreens 24 hour location instead of dealing with this again! This is not the first time there were issues & I see many reviews for pharmacy related issues here. I am calling the corporate office to report them. 1/4 of a ⭐️

Do yourself a favor and take your prescription to CVS This Walgreens Pharmacy is horrible! I will never bring my prescriptions to Walgreens ever again!

The pharmacy here is full of idiots. They always tell me I can pick up prescriptions and they aren't ready when I get there or days early. The pricing is always wrong. I usually have to wait when I get there to pick up even when the app shows prescriptions are ready. All in all a terrible experience at this store. Also the staff is rude and acts like doing their jobs is a big inconvenience. I guess they just want to get paid for nothing. Skip this store and go a somewhere else.

I would give this location a zero out of five if that was an option. The pharmacy department is the worst here. Stay away.

I've put off giving a review but after that I really need to share my experiences with this Walgreens. More than once I've had to go back to get parts of my prescription that they have forgotten. I can forgive that at least five times they don't have any more chances on that front. My daughter aged out of my insurance so we tried to get it refilled and they told us it would be around 600 monthly to fill her prescription. I was hoping they had the AED ready or a list of people willing to buy kidneys because I in no way could make that happen. Long story short Walmart refilled them for ten bucks. Oh and they called me a month later to let me know they found a way. As a warning do not agree to the notifications. I get a phone call and text daily until I pick up my prescription. The final straw today I stopped by to pick up my medication. I should have packed a lunch. I sat there for about 20 minutes before someone came to help me. They had no customers inside at all either so no reason. I didn't even get a we will be right with you. When the lady walked up I think I must have ruined her day the way she welcomed me. It was a what do you need type of welcome. I explained I needed my rx and she took my I'd found it and threw both my I'd and my rx in the little window box. No response nothing she just walked away. I had to drive away with the drawer let open. Worst customer service I've received at a pharmacy.

I booked an appointment for vaccine for 5pm Afterwork. I checked in at 4:45pm and I am still waiting at 5:46pm to get my vaccine. Then someone comes up to the window sits for 5 minutes and then gets called back by pharmacist and gets an injection. If I did not need this done today, I would have left 30mins ago! I will NEVER come back here.

This store has had a broken a/c for over a month. Employees and customers have to suffer sweltering heat to shop there. I will no longer be shopping there due to this. It seems corporations think they can ignore huge issues like this, keep making their greedy profits and treat people this way. The store employees are my neighbors and we customers and the staff at Walgreens deserve better than the awful conditions in that store. Fix it or shut down until you can fix it.
