I booked this company a month out from our move, received a quote and spoke with Bam the owner personally so I felt very good about the scheduled move. I text him the day before to confirm as I had not received any messages in the 72 hours leading up to our move time. Movers were confirmed to arrive between 8-8:30 in the morning. 8:45 came and still no movers or phone call from Bam to update us. Finally he responded back at 9:30 to say his crew "had issues" and they would be there by 11. 11 came and still no movers. I called Bam again and he was surprised that they still had not shown up. Finally a Moving truck showed up at Noon with only 2 movers when we were quoted 3, and it was a different company. We had no updates from Bam regarding this change. So a move that should have only taken 5 hours with 3 people took 8 hours total. My husband and I both run companies and this lack of communication is very unprofessional.

They littered an entire parking garage with flyers. Never use them. They are cheap and shady and deserve no respect or your money. Don’t support their low class predatory advertising! Lots of people are saying they have stolen valuables from client’s houses like guns, pianos, and jewelry. Have heard their licenses are expired and they have no insurance. Do not risk it!

Very poor experience with this moving company from the beginning to the end. Too many issues, too much problems, to write on these review b/c it's overwhelming. Buyers do your homework before hiring this moving company.

They moved all of my items with care from my apartment to my home and once done even helped further with making sure everything was placed in the right room and beds were set up. Lastly, we ordered a fridge and the team even stayed to help us ensure it was put in!! The best experience I have had with movers and such a trustworthy and dedicated team!! Using them again for all of my moving needs!!!

VIG Movers is a top notch moving company. They took excellent care of our moving needs. They were very prompt and flexible with our time constraints, and handled our belongings with the utmost thoughtfulness. I would definitely recommend them for anyone searching for a moving company.
