Asleep at the wheel, lacking sense of urgency, and it's really not surprising. I've watched the service evolve having been a customer for 14 years. Was told I had to come back to get a new phone so I could deal with the person who messed up my new phones I purchased. This was after I was on the phone with customer service verifying that the cell phone was at the store and ready for pickup. Conflict resolution training probably would help management.

Staff told me I would receive $830 for my device trade in with the promotion I was provided, but when I went to complete the trade in, I was only offered $415. Not only were they dismissive of the problem, they did not even attempt to resolve the discrepancy. I was told I could maybe try calling customer support, but was unlikely to resolve it. I would avoid this store if you want to be treated than more than just a sale or blatantly lied to.

It’s always so busy and always understaffed. Came to drop off the iPhone for the trade in but it took 1 whole hour.

Omar is the BEST!!! We were having such a hard time getting the help we needed at another Verizon store but after speaking to Omar at this location, we got the help we needed and were all set in less than 10 minutes!! Thank you Omar!!! You saved the day!!

I would like to commend Isidor. I brought my elderly sister to the store to have her phone reprogrammed. She is not very tech savvy. Isidor spent a lot of time with her. He was very patient in solving her issues and answering her questions. I have been a VZ customer for over 20 years, and I have never experienced a sales/tech support person with such great patience, product knowledge, and desire to help. Reward this man!

I didn't find anything wrong with Verizon physical store but dealing with service on the phone is pure unadulterated hell.. I now understand AI. Because no human with a brain that function would create a system that is not customer friendly

Omar was a lot of help. Just brought iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad and Wi-Fi to Verizon. Watch and iPad didn’t complete activation. Omar helped out and got everything working again. Stayed little past close to make sure everything was good. Definitely going here when I do my upgrades.

Travis a store specialist is extremely rude and condescending. If I were you I would just keep driving to a new store. His “If you want you can talk to my manager right there and he can tell you what I just said” took me back a bit. I was willing to let this go as I was a bit frustrated at the time. However when he went in back and started bad mouthing me where he didn’t think I could hear him, yeah 1 star. Drive to the next one, it isn’t too far away, hopefully much better service.

I purchased a phone here and was told I would get a trade-in credit which after sending the device in was never applied. The reps here are either incompetent or nefarious because had 3 of them assist at some point during the transaction and they ended up costing us over $700 in trade-ins that never went through (even after talking with online support).

Jake is a manager at this Verizon location and he is awesome! Very personable, attentive, great communication, professional and invested in helping up fix the problem. It made a stressful situation a whole lot better!

I had a good experience at this store. I had difficulty with my 5G Gateway unit. Customer service advised me to come to the location. My wait time was not long and Jake the manager was phenomenal with assisting me. He carefully listened to my issue and provided excellent customer service to my resolution. ?
