Came into the store to purchase an Otterbox Defender for my new S24 Ultra. Unfortunately, this store can't honor the MyVerizon apps' price, and you aren't even given this store as an option to pick up products purchased through the Verizon store. The employees have always been professional with me.

I switched from T-Mobile to save money. I paid $40 a piece x 2 (non reundable) for "setup for success fee" ) at this location to setup my existing Note and Pixel onto the Verizon network. The additional approx $30 x 2 phone activation fee would be charged later and refunded at a later date. I get home and both phones are getting less than 10mg download and streaming apps are just spinning wheels. I called Verizon customer service and tech support. I was told the lower 5G plan might me causing this. They moved me to the middle plan with the same results. $80 later it would seem that have two 1x speed capable phones. The Verizon automated system check states no maintenance in the area but alas, I am on WiFi for my cellular data now. Just be weary and leary before switching companies. Make sure it works where you need it, or you could end up back where you were and out some money. Chiquita with Verizon tech support was very helpful and cordial.(probably spelled wrong..sorry

Not an official Verizon per employee. I needed assistance on porting my number.The associate was of no help, and recommended I go to a corporate Verizon store for assistance.Let me not forget, he was alone in the store with zero customers. Useless employee.

Do not come here the employees act and look like they don't wanna be their , they do not help you at all when I came to open a business account the chubby lady didn't even knew what to do took the correct paper work and still didn't help me out they are the worst version employees I ever met in my life I definitely do not recommend going to that version (God bless you )

That had to be the worst, most incompetent, verizon employee I have ever spoken with. I have been with verizon for years, and the only plans I have ever paid are used.

Why is this an authorized reseller? They are not on the same Level. The employees are good, I'm not directing this comment towards them but I'm saying and I'm talking directly with their rules and policies at this specific location. Why do you charge for things that if you go to a corporate Verizon it's free? Why are there a limited amount of resources at this store? But why are you charging for things that if you go to a corporate location would be absolutely free. Again, my comment is not towards the employees because they are doing their job, it's towards whomever created these rules...

I just visited store today and added a line to previous lines I already had. I was not explained by rep that my next month's bill would be prorated as well as paying another bill in advance all at once on top of paying an activation fee. I was expecting to pay for the Normal month and phone which would be 70 dollars. I feel was bamboozled when I looked at my account through the app. I would have appreciated if this would have been explained I up front before I made the decision. I've been a loyal customer for 5+ and prior military have served this country. I would like to know what I'm getting into when dealing with things rather than being blindsided like I was in this purchase. I have never had previous problems with Verizon until today with this issue of not being told all of the fees and one time charges I should expect on upcoming bill. So not satisfied.
