Never gave me a receipt, and the product that I bought wasn't even in their system that I brought it so I couldn't get my refund when I brought it back! Terrible customer service! Will not be dealing with them again!

Jake is a manager at this Verizon location and he is awesome! Very personable, attentive, great communication, professional and invested in helping up fix the problem. It made a stressful situation a whole lot better!

We've been Verizon customers for over a decade and always receive wonderful customer service each time we've stopped in. Today's visit concerned my wife's Galaxy S8, somehow her screen had disappeared and gone black. It was such a simple fix, I felt like a dum dum after the associate used the slider at the top and brightened the screen. He was so nice and helpful.

First time, I was in this store customer service was about par for a Verizon store, I don't member the young lady who help me, She was very helpful however on this last visit, I walked in the guy didn't ask me for my account information and verify that I was a customer, I told him that my watch wasn't working and the first thing he proceeded to tell me was, if That if he couldn't get it, he was going to have me talk to tech-support, but I've been on tech-support for half the day and then again before he verified account information and that I was even a Verizon customer, asked me to unlock the watch and get out my phone and then proceeded to tell me that if he couldn't get it working, he was gonna have to get me to go to an Apple store, how about you try to get working and say nothing about my other options, I swear customer service is non Existent any more... Oh and yes I did not even give him a chance to fix it and just walked out and said you guys are useless...because why are you going to give me excuses before you've even tried to fix it...

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER PRICED until you threaten to leave to another carrier.. then you get a call from Customer Loyalty..., BIG JOKE.. only to return to POOR service!! Forget international coverage. You pay $10 per day, spend hold time letting know the day you want to start the $10 per day ... then you spend hold time telling them you're back home BUT... the first 2 days of your trip is wasted texting or @chatting g" live via text with tech after tech ... only to do it again when you get home. I EAS NOT ABLE TO CALL MY 85 yo MOM OR MY SON ON CHRISTMAS DAY. I have been on the phone since 5:30 AM this morning it is now 725 and I still cannot make outbound calls from my home here in the United States done disgusted the worst customer service ever

These guys really helped us out. Computers showed 1 iPhone left but it couldn't be found. They didn't stop searching, and our salesman offered to drive to another store to pick it up. Luckily it was found and he didn't need to pick it up. Great customer service.

The sales people at this store convinced me to buy devices and services without being upfront about the fees associated with these devices and services. It wasn't until after I agreed to the terms that I was told about the sizable additional fees that I would be incurring for the next 2 years. I'm STILL paying fees for devices that broke a year ago. I believe that they intentionally hid the truth. Don't go here. You might get SCAMMED!

I came in to trade my galaxy 7 for an I phone 7. I was able to preorder my iPhone and was told by thompjk that when I get my iPhone just to come to the store and give them the galaxy and they will give me a gift card for the trade in value. So I came in today to do as I was told, was helped by another rep and was told I am suppose to do the trade in online and will help me. he quoted me a price, he went online for the trade in and didn't even bother telling us it was for a lower price than what he told us. He Was about to complete the process so we had to stop him and ask him when he planned to tell us how much we would actually get from what he had told us. We talked to a manager and all she said is she can't do anything! Was beyond dissatisfied how there is no customer service in this store and all they care is to sell and over promise but never even try to do anything for a rep mistake!! was dealing with crooked people! This store needs new management new reps that are fully trained and provide customer service. Even McDonalds and Walmart do better than this!!

First off the service is horrible, i dont write too many reviews, but is this is ridiculous, ohhh and the lady kind of got rid of me, saying if u experience any issues call verizon. well guess what my service is not working, so ive been wasting my time with verizon already 45 min while writing this, so unhappy with this service.
