Owners are great people with integrity. I dropped my driver’s license in the store. Went back the next day to find they put it up for me. In today’s world of identity theft. Their act of integrity and honesty stands out in this day and age. Highly recommend Vapor Smoke & Novelties.

I bought a esco bar and it blinked later that day this the 4th time that this has happened. And he doesn’t give no refunds or trade it out. He also sells to minors. Shop needs to be closed down.

Very Poor service when I went there I bought 5 disposables and I left when I tried them out one didn’t work so I called the store was told they couldn’t do anything about it and that I should have “check” them before I leave the store they never told me to check them and they won’t exchange it. If as customers we have to check them put up a sign as I was never told to and so I wasted $12.99 plus tax

RUDE ! Upon first contact @ cigars and whether they carry them, and are they stored in humidor? He said whats a humidor? Hung up and didn't answer again. I WONT WASTE MY MONEY HERE..you probably shouldn't either..smh..next
