Updated 9/13/24: Ryan from the service department was really nice and patient when explaining my car’s engine problems to me, over the phone. He helped me make informed decisions to get my truck back on the road. The mechanic that did the work, did good work too, engine is running like brand new again.

Extremely long story I will try and short
- car stopped driving and was towed in for service (company car).
- received no progress updates on vehicle, all updates were me asking about the car.
- quoted being completed last Thursday 9/5.
- didn’t hear back from the service advisor at all last week until I texted on 9/7 asking about car
- was then informed that the tech had lost my key fob during the test drive and they needed to order a new one to replace it and I had to drop my other key to program it
- drop fob on Tuesday 9/10 SA said will be done same day
- no call, I text asking if it’s done, he says yes.
- get there at 5:30 and get keys from cashier both keys are old and no new fob
- i then see the huge grease stain in the photos below and get the car back on Empty, zero mile range.
- i check the mileage log to report to work and see it was last driven on 9/3
- so the key was “lost” and I had to go up there for no reason? Why wasn’t anything communicated to me prior to me reaching out on 9/7.
- then to get the car back dirty, and with ZERO gas, like seriously guys WTF. I wasn’t expecting it to be full, but like maybe half a gallon — it’s a Prius not a tundra or sequoia.
I will go further from my home to have my vehicle serviced from now on. This was extremely disappointing from so many aspects. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I’ve been coming here for years. Had a rude interaction with one service person that really made me not want to come to this location anymore. Everyone else is wonderful. But when I tried to call and email about this person and the way he was very disrespectful with me, the only person I am able to talk to is him!!!! We have been coming here for nearly a decade. He then called to talk to me after my message and did not even apologize. Just said “that was not my intention” and further justified his actions.
I showed up for my service appointment like an hour and a half early (I’ve always done this) and the first man I talked to was very nice and understanding. But the rude service man came to my car and said “you’re too early for your appointment. Now I can’t eat lunch” and had an attitude. I did not see or hear him act this way with ANYONE else! Very disappointed that he acted this way and that there is no one else I can talk to about it. If I’m paying for an expensive car service, the bare minimum is “hi how can I help you?” You don’t even have to smile and ask about my day. I expect better from this location.

First of for lizeth I give her 5 starts, but the issue was with the the finance person Favour were we spent way to long trying to get me to buy MPP and felt disrespected, I kept denying on the MPP, after I told him not to speak of this again he ignores and kept blabbing about it, after he lowered the vehicle price and gave me a new price that was about $500 more than what I agreed with the sales person, I of course denied the MPP but favourn immediately proceeds to laugh at my face, I was annoyed in the end and wanted to leave because I had work the other day and signed the papers, I still wish i could put that money on to something else. also, I forgot to ask for the $500 rebate college graduate, but he told me it was too late already.

I just got the oil changed and tires rotated on my corolla there, and the price seems reasonable. They staff are friendly.

After making an appointment to see a specific vehicle, it was on the lot and was exactly what I wanted. As I attempted to purchase this vehicle at the advertised price, the games began. After about an hour of negotiations, I was finally able to get them to agree to sell me the vehicle at their own advertised price however in finance, the numbers changed again! WATCH YOUR PRICING AND PAY ATTENTION DURING THE ENTIRE PROCESS.

I went to this dealership to buy a Tundra. We walked in and not one person approached us, we also didn’t get approached in the parking lot while we were looking at the trucks on the lot. We ended up leaving and purchasing that night at the Toyota dealership in grapevine.

I’ve spent 200k here over the last couple years. I just went there the other day to try an purchase a vehicle for a family member. But these fools try to up sale a vehicle to me 12k over value. They really lost me and my families business for sure. That’s the kind of people you deal with at privately owned dealership. Stop shopping here and getting screwed over and go to FAMILY TOYOTA corporate owned dealership where this kind of stuff isn’t allowed.
