Please tell me how this happens. My daughter bought her first brand new vehicle from this location. 2025 Honda Civic. She purchased it almost 2 weeks ago. The process was horrible. So quick to take her down payment then make her wait several weeks until she finally gets an answer. She finally gets approved and takes a trip out of town. Less than 3 hours away and I get a call at 11:30pm that her rim has broken in half. How does that happen. Thank God they are fine. I would like to hear from a member of management asap!!
I asked for a member of management to call and my daughter gets a call from a finance manager named Chelsea who instead of helping makes matters worse. No sympathy. Just because you say you’re sorry doesn’t mean you truly are when the tone of your voice doesn’t match your words. She made my daughter feel as if it was her fault the rim split in half. Chelsea, let me tell you a rim is not supposed to just split in half. There is no damage to the tire itself just the rim. A rim that looks as if it was welded together and possibly rushed. Instead of trying to assist, Chelsea made her feel as if she was just out of luck and didn’t care at all. Honestly why would she? She’s not the one that had to experience something scary like that in the middle of the night, in the middle of no where. It wasn’t Chelsea’s child in the vehicle. It’s definitely a shame that she handled this situation like that.

The service team here is excellent! Here in the service department is a coffee and deli shop. The jalapeno bagel with salami tomato and spinach all kinds of stuff on it was a bomb. I really enjoyed it. The ladies that work there are the sweetest ❣️

Maui Leong, Service Advisor, always provides exceptional service & customer service. Maui is intelligent,knowledgeable,efficient,respectful, very helpful,answers all questions in a caring way,offers suggestions,goes out of her way to help you,is quick to complete needed mainteance. It is a pleasure to have Maui as my Service Advisor. She is trustworthy. You know you are in good hands & your car receives the best maintenance. I highly recommend her. The dealearship customer service area is pretty, comfortable, good food/drinks available, wonderful transportation provided.

Excellent customer service given by Ricky Sandoval, he is the service Director of the service department. Excellent customer service skills. Every time I visit vandergriff. I recently met Brittany, at Perks Cafe, Brittany has a Beautiful personality and excellent customer service! My first encounter with Kevin Castillo, ready and willing to help.

Kevin at Vandergriff Honda is the most genuine and transparent sales representative I’ve ever worked with. I’d dare say he was a pleasure. He made sure we got exactly the car we wanted for the price we were comfortable with. He went above and beyond by checking in on us and correcting minor issues that developed with no fuss just a wonderfully helpful attitude. Kevin is the man you can trust with the purchase of your new car!

This place is a is horrible about warranty. I bought their factory battery within a month left of warranty(3 years), they won't honor it and told me it something draining my battery. So I had bought another battery from them this one lasted 2years and 2months. So they did a test and told me they won't honor the warranty because battery read good/bad. They told me my car has issues. I believe it’s Honda issues for selling us money pit cars. So I then took my battery to AutoZone, they did a test and it says bad battery. The guy at the part service on the right has the worst customer service, he should be fired or maybe the dealers like it hiring people like him. Don't do warranty if you are not going to honor. Never coming back to this stealership. ?

When I bought my car I got treated great with great customer service, follow up calls etc.
months later with a few issues and parts getting switched out. Still waiting on a recall part. Huge miscommunication issues in service dept. not happy at all with them.

Maui was my assigned service manager and was so detailed and nice, which made my experience pleasant. Will always bring my Honda to Vandergriff.
