DO NOT BRING YOUR CORVETTE HERE. It's just another "WORN DOWN CORVETTE" as stated by Brandon Allen the Service Manager. I was lied to repeatedly throughout the entire process. Charlie Lewis the Service Advisor provided zero communication about my vehicle and provided zero updates throughout the entire 3 weeks my vehicle sat "In Service". I was ignored each time I called both Charlie and the service center which is also documented in their system. My vehicle sat under the heat for 3 weeks and was sent on a joy ride through Grand Prairie on I-20 in speeds of excess of 88mph after stating the problem was during very light casual driving on the street. (I have a tracker on my vehicle that documents where, when, and how the vehicle is driven). None of the information I provided to Charlie was documented including the oil change I requested after the issue with my vehicle was resolved. At the time of pickup the oil change was still not done and my vehicle was still not fixed. Brandon Allen admitted that his employees lie and that it's ok for his employees to lie in the best interest of the company. Charlie Pace the service director is very nice and forthcoming and was very understanding and would still help me get my oil change but unfortunately Vandergriff dropped the ball. My car is still making the same noise when driving in manual using the paddle shifters similar to a metal tapping noise but Vandergriff states that the vehicle is fine after driving it beyond spiritly only once in a 3 week period. If you're looking for an honest service experience with honest people this is not the place to go too.

Ive got a 2021 Chevrolet 1500 with 70,000 miles on it in their possession right now that the turbo blew out on while driving down the highway. Typically under warranty but the service manager is saying Chevrolet will not cover it because it was low on oil. Yes it became low on oil after the turbo blew and oil went out the exhaust pipes and everywhere else in the parking lot it had to be pulled over at. Do not use this service department and do not buy GM vehicles. We used to buy only GM and had about 60 fleet trucks that were GM only until issues with trucks and service became an issue. Now we are down to about 12 and crossing our fingers.

Kenneth also was very informative and genuine. Overall everyone was very attentive, honest and made the car buying experience great!

Carlos is super unprofessional and does not how to talk to people. He was very sarcastic and rude to my mom. He was quick to get frustrated and showed it, too. Im a salesman too and I can’t fathom responding to people that way. Highly recommend to look for another salesman if you go here.

I’ve been a long time customer of this dealership but will no longer give them my business. I purchased a truck July 5th 2024 and I have yet to receive the second key they said they would give me. When I purchased the truck we were told that the truck previously belonged to a sales manager and that it came with a second key. I kept in touch with the salesman Horacio for over a month and nothing was resolved. The first thing they said was that the key was mailed to my address, I waited a couple of weeks I didn’t receive it in the mail. We kept in touch nothing was resolved. I finally got in touch with Cotton and I told him that I never received the key in the mail and he said it must’ve gotten lost and he would speak to someone in his service department. I didn’t hear back so I sent him a text message the last thing I heard was that they were cutting a new one and they would send it to me. I followed up again and I haven’t heard back.
