Expensive merchandise, I lust say. But hey, they have all the stuff that a student needs over here. Textbooks, graduation ceremony things, stationery, laptops, desktops, all other digi stuff, gifts, jewelry, novels, clothes, and some other convenient store items, including basic medicine, and whatnot. Every single thing that you find here is a bit pricey. The stuff is pretty cool and every student of UTA would like to have it in their collection. They have a Starbucks attached to the Campus Bookstore. Just drop in, and pick your coffee.

I ordered a book online for my class and received it in a timely manner. However, the code did not work. I’ve been trying all week to get help and I keep getting told you will receive an answer in 24-48 hours. It’s been a week and nothing. I am just trying to get a working code for my class, I paid for this and received no help. I was then told “just drive up to the bookstore” I live in Houston. Finally I got ahold of someone from the book store and she claimed she was going to help but then never called back. Terrible costumer service, they steal your money and don’t even give you the correct book or a working code for that matter.Update: I finally got a response and was able to speak to someone who could actually help. Not sure if this was because I left a bad review or they finally decided to look at the emails from their customer service company. Now I have a working code. I really hope it’s not like this in the future when I have to purchase other books for other classes.

I had a great experience today with Paul at the UTA Bookstore. He helped with all my excessive questions and helped me convert a rental I wanted to keep into a purchase. Wonderful service.

Run of the mill uni store. Has the textbooks I need and some tech if you need it immediately. Snacks are overpriced, though, but it's a university store, so that is to be expected.

Spend 4 year buying scantron. Absolutely amazing and easily accessible. Everything you need as a student, you can find them inside.

I haven't had any real issues. But you need to order early if you're having anything delivered. They drag getting shipments out the door.

Now this place may not give you as much for your book as you think it is worth but I tell you they are very nice and cheerful I got there within 7 minutes of closing they had already closed the top part for reselling my book back to them and the lady who's running the downstairs register went ahead and took care of me even though it wasn't her department she didn't know quite what she was doing but she figured it out as quickly as she could and help me and was very very cheerful about it

The selection here is surprisingly diverse, despite the size of this store, with products for hygiene, products from LOLA, technology, snacks, drinks, school memorabilia, school clothing, textbooks, school supplies, diploma frames, and probably more. There are also lots of study areas equipped with outlets, comfy seats, tables, free guest wifi, and outlets. The prices can be a bit on the outrageous side though. I'd say that it's very useful if you don't want to get in the car to go to a further off warehous store and just want to stop by to get something small when you live in the downtown Arlington area. They also have a decent outdoor seating area consisting of numerous umbrella table sets and a small garden. There is a Starbucks that you can enter either by the outside doors or from beside the store checkout area.

DO NOT BUY TECHNOLOGY here. I bought a Dell Inspiron Laptop in July of last year. The computer worked great until May of this year. It started running really slow, it would take forever to load and the basic desktop apps would not appear either. Pages would freeze or the computer would stop responding all together. I payed $600 for that computer and 1 year and a month later it stopped working!?!?! I took it to get fixed at the Bookstore to see what the issue was (hard drive issue). To get it fixed I would need to buy the part separately and then return to have the computer part installed. Give or take I would spend 300 dollars to have it fixed. On top of that it was not guaranteed that this issue would not occur again. Turns out had bought a 2 year old computer and the warranty expired this year, which was not communicated with me at the time of purchase. I made the decision to buy a WHOLE NEW computer from Best Buy. SAVE YOUR MONEY DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Super full and some books are available. Bang the energy drink was there giving some out for the students but overall the bookstore is clean and has lots of space for students to sit down and do lots of shopping.

Overall a great vibe. The staff here makes the environment incredibly welcoming. Anything with book shortages has absolutely nothing to do with the amazing people that work here. They try so hard to make everything as easy as possible.
