Are you serious I just waited a week to receive my frail package in the mail and I come home being all bent out of shape and the product looks awful from the damage is the mail driver a complete moron cause it clearly says "DO NOT BEND, HANDLE WITH CARE" But I guess they're dyslexic or sum cause there's no possible reason they've missed a warning stamp as big as their brain this is just completely unacceptable.

Stopped by Melear Rd to do a change address. Never got paper confirmation on box. Stopped by servicing Post Office Bardin Rd. Showed all docs and explained above. Mexican clerk short with me and was more interested in lunch break. She went to get supervisor who saw my transaction number but did not want to ask carrier if they got a card with name and address to CONFIRM!
Left post office went by house and mail was in box for me.
Returned and spoke to Latouris Lewis. Explained all my issues above “no confirmation” and how the clerk who was sitting near by and her supervisor didn’t want to help me find out if the carrier knew because all I had was change address on paper. I even left and returned with a piece of mail I picked up with post office stamp 08/04/24.
The Mexican clerk began to speak and defend herself but she did her action by not helping so she can zip it.
Hello - clerks are paid to help us mail, do change of address, ship, sell antamp etc. not refuse to help and tell customers “it’s my lunch break” Supervisor was useless help and told me all I need was the transaction number “did not go to the back and ask carrier if she was aware” but Mr Lewis HELPED me. He heard me out about the two who did not serve me, heard my issue and went to the back and discovered the carrier was not aware of the change. Thank you Mr Lewis!
Mr Lewis needs acknowledgment and a raise for his service! He should be blessed and rewarded for a good duty to help the public with issues and mine is “handling my deceased mothers estate”.
Fire the others who showed zero interest, cockyness and arrogance!

Terrible attitude from lady in a purple tank top today. Is that eveb acceptable dress code for the post office? Saw my package wasn't taped up and looked at me and my box and then just rolled her eyes and with no friendliness in her tone what so ever proceeds to let me know there is tape on the back wall and to basically get back in line once I'm done. Friendly delivery goes a long way and this employee DID NOT have it. Totally can understand why this post office got 1.8 stars.

I am very very disappointed with their service unfortunately it is the 3th time which thy misplace my package . It shows delivered to mailbox but there is nothing.
And I have the experience for 2 time which I found the different apartment number’s package in my mailbox so this very sham for the person who delivery and out the package blindly my zip code is 76001

CONSTANTLY misdelivering mail...either sending to wrong house or sending back to sender for "insufficient address" when the full address is in plain sight

I've personally not had any issues myself here but it's cleaner than most post offices, I actually go to all of them since I sell on ebay a lot.

Lazy, incompetent workers. Package was first held at post office "by customer request" no it wasn't, I literally know the "customer". Then the next day the package was returned to sender because the addresse (me) was "not known" at the address. I literally reported my address change to the USPS, and that is no reason to not even ATTEMPT delivery when they deliver previous residents mail to my address all the time, and I've already received packages from them.

This is the worst post office I have seen the delivery drivers never deliver the items when they say they’ll deliver I’m expecting a package today and still not delivered it happens every time I order something.

I'm waiting on 2 packages ? well I have to find one. Basically every time I place an order through temu my packages be all over the place! They swear up and down it was delivered i have to check my complex office, or it's still on the truck but it's says delivered, also i constantly have to go to the post office. It be everywhere except the address I requested them to be delivered! Normally if they deliver it I receive not only the information but a picture of my package outside my door. I can't tell you how many time's I had to search for a package and today is one of them for the 10th time. It's absolutely ridiculous I called and a women reached out to me and only said if you didn't receive your package put in a claim! My question is did y'all even ask the driver did he or she deliver it? Just any answers and lazy, I will be reporting everything comes tomorrow. Because I shop online for clothing and other thing's for my daughters also myself, I don't have the option to shop in the store my babies were born at 22 weeks and very sickly so I do basically everything online. The package that's missing is all of my daughter's thing's.....unless temu decides to go with a different shipping company I'm done shopping with them
