The call older black gentleman that was running the cash register was a bit rude and in a hurry. This is the second time that I have come to this location in order to ship a package, and the platform that I am returning it to provide a QR code to be scanned that will automatically print out a label to be shipped back to their warehouse. I can tell he was in a hurry to go because it was almost 2:00 and when I got to the desk I was letting him know that I was going to purchase a package to put both of my items in to ship off. Again he seemed a bit nonchalant and really wanting to help me because the Clock Was winding down. Once I returned back to the desk to pay for the package, he then scan the package for me to pay for and then attempted to scan the QR code which it didn't work. He then very snarky told me that it doesn't matter which one that he scans first that my QR code isn't working and that I am at the wrong location. Again this is the same location that I came to last time to mail off my items. He was very smug and seemed uninterested in helping me because again it was closing time.

If I could give less than 1 star I would give it, what a pity it makes me feel, they are not responsible for the orders, they leave the packages in other places and they are not responsible.

I’m giving a 5 star because even though they were closed the lovely lady Sharon at the door let me in which really made my day. I appreciate the fact that she did that when she didn’t have to. Thanks for looking at me like a person and not just a number.

I've been served by this post office for over a decade. Mistakes do happen. But, if you give them a chance they do their best to make it right. Once I had a package delivered to the wrong locker. The lady behind the counter drove out and met me at the locker to find it.

Our office recently changed locations and I filed a service request for assistance with a change of address. I had the pleasure of speaking with Mrs. Brenda Bennet. Brenda was extremely helpful and provided the best customer service. No question (I had many) was too difficult for her to answer, in fact, she was happy to help. Thank you so much Brenda. You dont know how much your brightness and positivity can change someone's day.

I using app called shop and it keeps track of your packages real good. I was told that my package would be to my home on the 14th it's now the 15th. I was told by the post office a young lady that my package is still in Missouri which is a whole nother package. She even had paperwork that she gave me saying yeah your package is in Missouri. Nowhere on this paperwork says that my package is in Missouri. I can't believe these people lost my package

Clerks are not paying attention to the name on your P.O. Box resulting in me getting other peoples mail. I received a call from post office which was very nice so I’m amending my review to 5 stars. They explained a person put in a change of address and it was wrong. They resolved the issue.

Miles was extremely informative and helpful. Their entire staff was very efficient and friendly!! The line was long and they cleared it in about 10-15 minutes!

It's become a rarity to find genuinely good customer service, where you truly feel like you were treated like you matter.I would like to compliment Brenda and her supervisor for going above and beyond with helping me.I had 2 lost packages that were mislabeled and went to the wrong address. Brenda worked tiresly to locate the packages (birthday presents that had very significant meaning to me). She took the time to show that customers do matter. I cannot give her enough praise. Absolutely stellar customer service from her and her supervisor. Thank you!
