I met Mr. Paul and he was welcoming. Ms. Jackie handled the passport application process. Overall I had a good experience. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because my appt did not start on time.

They got my package processed and passed on much faster than I could have hoped.

Edna was extremely polite and helpful! We were getting passports for the first time and she made the experience a breeze. She even offered to assist two other families that did not have an appointment.
