They are horrible have you have hold and takes at least 5 minutes to get past the automatic system to get to a live agent and then it says at least a 17 or minutes hold time which is not the truth I'm at 32 minutes

The lack of accessibility at this office is not ideal. The doors are pull open only and extremely difficult to get open from a wheelchair. The lobby is not air conditioned so if someone relies on disability transportation they can easily get too hot and become sick while having to wait to get picked up. The fact it's surrounded in glass windows only makes the place hotter.
Making places hostile to homeless people at the expense of disabled people needs to stop, especially in government buildings.
I'll only use the self service here because the in person service has been awful in the past, but after my disabled sister was horribly sick after having to wait in the boiling lobby I'm avoiding this one entirely.

Third location I have noticed in this 75052 network of trash service and trash employees. It's a message from God asking me to do my mailing business in another town. Please everyone, stop using Grand Prairie postal services, they will deliberately delay,destroy,and ruin your parcels.

I went in to mail some pictures off I picked up 2 envelopes I messed up one so I threw it away & decided to put everything in one I go to check out & the mail lady von asked me did I get 2 envelopes I said yes I threw one away because I messed it up & she said okay & ended the conversation there I go to my car & look at my receipt von charged me for 2 envelopes now that’s fine if that’s the policy I’m not sure if it is or not but not telling me I’m going to be charged & just charging me is a problem overcharging is stealing to me please pay attention to what your being charged for before u leave out

carrier is on a driving route I have certified mail that I never get cause she never gets out of the van instead she just put that I wasn’t home this isn’t the first time this happened and she don’t even leave the form to request a redelivery

Nobody answers the phone waited 2 different times almost 40 minutes and will end up getting disconnected. I was in there Monday morning to have my package delivered to MI and she tell me it will be there Thursday latest Friday, and here it is Wednesday and my package is still sitting there!! Now it's showing me my package will be there in MI By Saturday end of day!!
