I know this review doesn’t matter to USPS but writing for others to save their time.
Terrible experience booking a passport appointment here. They show no respect for your time.
I waited well past my scheduled appointment, and there was no one available to assist with passport applications. I took few hours off from the Job but nobody was here to help on time. Hence,I had to take half day off.
It’s no surprise this location struggles to maintain even a 2.5-star rating.
Additionally, none of the other the staff is helful, upon asking for help the lady said “she doesn’t know where is the Passport Application staff”. Very disappointing to see this…

Drove over 30 minutes for fingerprinting.And the person that does it was not working and they do not have a back up.There is no notification online or no way to indicate that. Very inconvenient.
Don't go here to handle business they are understaffed

I went in in the early afternoon lugging a package to return to the seller. There was no one in the lobby and no one else inside except one lady sitting at a computer. She did not acknowledge my presence so I asked if she could help me with the package. She finally looked up and told me to go to the opposite end of the counter, which I did. After about 10 minutes of her doing nothing that was discernible, she came down to get rid of me. Even then, she spent a considerable amount of time talking to someone in the back. When she finally gave me a receipt for the pack, I left and will never ever return to that office.
The post office does great work in many areas. This is not one of them

WORSE OFFICE EVER.
NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.
ASK TO SPEAK TO MANAGER AND EVERYONE WAS INVOLVED AND I EVEN GOT CURSE BY A SO CALLED DELIVERY WOMAN.
DO NOT CARE LET ALONE LISTEN .
SOMETHING NEED TO BE DONE FOR THIS PLACE.

They are holding two of my packages, stating it was my request to not be dropped off at my home (the address I provided) I have called multiple times since they’ve opened at 9 AM, on two different numbers provided for this office and they NEVER answer! One of the lines says “mailbox is full” and this is becoming rather frustrating, I never requested for my packages to be held at post office, and then they don’t answer phones.
