This is a freaking joke. Doctors could care less. Staff is rude. Just give text book diagnosis. Workers just sit back and laugh play and keep you waiting and even when they aren’t busy. This place needs to be investigated. I am definitely filing a complaint and writing the state board. The sarcasm from the Dr was unreal.

seven months ago, my daughter had surgery here at this hospital. Everyone was extremely nice to her. It’s a smaller hospital, but she was treated very good.

This was my 1st time at this hospital, & my overall experience was amazing. The Dr, Nurses, & the tech that did my cat scan were friendly, professional, & prompt.

The ER was fast and easy and quick to care.The con was the list of referral numbers that were given to me is no longer in service.The follow up and receptionist scheduling is not promising.They gave me a 24 hr window for a confirmation call back for an appointment. I waited all day , and nothing. I called back after 24 hour and now I’m being told I’m being put in for another requested for new patient.Trying to get these random spots all over my body off of me , and find the solution.The er was telling me to get this resolved as soon as possible , but no one will call back to help me.

I love them they have made me always feel at home and comfortable I drive 25 mins to this hospital. They are quick and they actually listen to you.

Went to the ER here today, I was the only one there when I arrived. After waiting 3 hours I just told the front desk lady I was leaving. The front desk attended just kept telling me she didn't know anything when I would ask how much longer the wait will be. Please believe all the negative reviews here this place is a disgrace and should not be allowed to operate as an emergency provider.

Have a friend go in for gall bladder surgery The staff and Dr's were very friendly and even the housekeepers. Place is very clean. I will use this place if needed

I wish I could give 10 stars, since 5 is the max that’ll have to suffice. Went in with my daughter in excruciating pain, Ada sprang into action in a timely fashion to ensure she received the help she needed. Ada’s compassion is unmatched! The staff was wonderful, they took great care of her, every step of the treatment plan was explained to me…they also made sure that I not only understood but also approved. Thanks ladies for such wonderful service. Michelle, Ada, & Mrs Damuth you ladies rock!

Went in today for an allergic reaction - I’ve never had one before and I was terrified. The staff was quick, kind, informative, gentle, and worked efficiently as a team. The communication between staff was impeccable and the practitioner Dr. Petrosian was so kind and informative to the nurses and to me. In his first questions, he asked if I was on birth control and when. After going through an unnecessary surgery because a female doctor did not consider possible female-related issue, I felt SO understood and secure that Dr. Partisan knew how to navigate emergency cases with little to no helpful information (I had none) with ease. My intake nurse was so impressive and patient while she gathered my information and blood sample (I wasn’t thinking straight); the nurse who administered the EKG was incredibly professional (casually making conversation while putting nodes on my chest, I mean it for sure could have been weird); Ashley, the nurse who promptly administered my medication and checked on me to see it had cleared the inflammation in my face and discharged me within 10 mins of that. I’ve never had an ER visit that was so smooth. They got what I needed done and sent me home feeling much more secure with my health. From the timeline of my text time stamps, I arrived through the front door and already knew my treatment plan within 21 mins, 20 mins after that I had already ruled out the possibility of a blood clot in my lung with blood work, and a chest X-ray, received medicine and a UKG to double check my heart, and was out the door in about 41 mins. The amount of teamwork and efficiency at this hospital, along with great attitudes that will change the world: is a treasure that should be recognized. Thank you all for your care today! I will definitely be returning here to be seen by a primary care provider.
