They make people of color feel uncomfortable when buying. If you don't mind the employee's standing right by your side as you're shopping, this would be a great place for you to go. How do you serve a predominately black market, but yet you treat us the worst? I will no longer shop at this hair store, and I can't recommend this hair store to anyone of color.

Place has no bathroom, so if you are pressed you can end up having an accident. When you buy hair products. It's so difficult to return it because they do not want to do so. They will give you a hard time to return what you bought within an hour.

Great atmosphere! It’s not often you’re greeted and informed about sales, but we got that here. Tamara and the black guy with glasses really helped us and we’re really sweet! Keep up the good work!

They seem to be well stocked on some things. I was with my sister and she did not find all she wanted. I browsed so I found a couple of things nothing I needed ... I guess it was ok though?

I walked in here to browse and was immediately followed around and watched as if I was going to steal something from the store. Blatant racism towards your customers should never be tolerated. Will not be visiting this location again!

I went in on a Saturday and was followed around the entire time I was there by a older lady. I can't believe this is still happening in. I really needed some castor oil so I bought it but I'll NEVER go back. There are too many options for beauty supplies to put up with blatant racism.

I was in the area so I decided to purchase my products from this location. Everyone was a great help and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Morgan who was training. She was very helpful except for one minor mistake she made. Without hesitation-Tia, her trainer came back and was visibly frustrated, sulking and irritated at Morgan and myself then hurriedly and loudly reported her. I feel that situation would have been handled differently. Needless to say, I was uncomfortable and left without the items I had on the counter. It was an inconvenience for me to have to go to another store. However, I wanted to leave a review highlighting Morgan’s patience and customer service. Even with Tia’s negative attitude, Morgan still had a smile on her face. We need more Morgan’s in this world!
