Currently have 2 packages that have been SITTING at this location for 3 weeks. No delivery date provided. No tracking updates. Additionally, the driver that services my area from this location is constantly misdelivering packages. Tonight he left someone elses package at my house (again) then came back 10 minutes later-when I opened the door I was rudely greeted with 'You better not have opened that package'. They used to have great service-now it is absolutely horrible.

UPS is horrible. I went this location to pick up a package that says delivered to an infamous “rec doc” on the dock in Arlington, TX. However, there was no customer service and the guard shack attendant was clueless. The bottom line is I still don’t have my package and UPS will not entertain an investigation. I will make sure UPS is never my courier. I will always choose USPS. Ughhhh!

Cannot get hold of Arlington hub (where package is) to check they have correct address, as shipper said they were shipping usps to PO Box 2011, Waxahachie, TX 75168, but sent ups.

I sent a package from Nigeria and they said the address is incorrect and they don't call the receiver phone number since last week Monday

My packages was not delivered at my house today 7/18/2024 the picture that was provided was not my front porch now they're not anyone I can talk to. My son school shoes was not delivered to my house I'm so pissed

Tried to call the warehouse to have a package held. The number that was originally on the warehouse was for employee complaints and hr issues. After getting in touch with an ups corporate number I was unable to get the packaged switched for pickup. I specifically asked to leave a review on the customer service and was told I could and was then hung up on.
