$3 to print a return label in 2024 when they can scan it themselves??? Scam
Edit: that’s some high quality paper, ink, and time to be charging $3. If you told me you were paying your employees anything other than close to minimum wage maybe I’d have some empathy but considering you can scan the bar code from my phone and in 2024 should have the tech to reprint a label without the need for me to email you to justify a “computer fee” is ridiculous. The reason to need the return label? Because UPS failed to deliver an overnight package on time. Just fleecing your customers on your own failures to provide service. Are you going to start charging customers for receipts too?

Fast, friendly & efficient. Very Knowledgeable about several questions I had about the mailboxes and using them for business. I always come to UPS they have everything I need.

The young man that waited on us, Hunter, was extremely courteous. He also asked for the other employees assistance to ring us up while he clipped the passport photos we purchased to the required size.
Hunter was very friendly and even asked us where we were planning to travel when we got our passports. He also participated to make it a pleasant conversation

Hayden was extremely rude and hostile. He then sent me to the UPS office on 360 south without telling me the office was closed until 3pm. Mind you all of this was to return a package that was sent to my house where this person no longer lives. I’m absolutely disgusted with this terrible level of service.

Attempted to return an Amazon package seal in its bag. Stupid kid behind the desk says I would have to purchase a box to return the package... box was 8$ shop somewhere else

Super fast, friendly service, and Faith is a rockstar. I brought a bunch of Amazon returns in (like 7 of them), and she had them knocked out in 15 minutes. That's especially impressive because I've never done an Amazon return before, I have adhd and have trouble focusing, and some of my returns had to be corrected by Faith. She's amazing!
