I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue regarding a shipment I sent on July 18 from the UPS store located at 4401 Little Road, Store #6107. I took a new 16S iPhone for shipment to Lubbock, Texas (ZIP code 79411). The employee, with ID #337766, processed the package without requesting to declare its value, which I find concerning.
The package was supposed to arrive by Saturday but was inexplicably not shipped out from this store until Monday. Upon my follow-up visit to the store on Monday, I reported that the package was missing, as it had not reached its destination.
I have communicated with the shipping and receiving warehouse in Lubbock to confirm that there was no phone present in the package upon delivery. Despite my ongoing attempts to resolve this issue, including a formal claim with UPS via the 800-number and the corporate, the store manager has refused to assist, investigate, or even take the time to review the security footage from the store. This gentlemen was exremely rude and stated several time he was the manager then the owner.
This iPhone was intended as a graduation gift for my son, making the situation even more distressing. It appears that the focus at this location is more on revenue than on providing adequate customer service.
I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly and address the concerns regarding the handling of shipments at this UPS store. It is crucial for customers to trust that their valuable items will be treated with care and diligence.

The workers are nice and efficient here, but beware of checking the online price vs the store. This is the second time, it has come in about $10 more than what the online calculator says, and that is even with me rounding up the weight and measurements. Very expensive.

My daughter accidentally dropped her phone in a box that we dropped off and the employees went and searched to find the boxes and found her phone when they were super busy. We appreciate it so much, thanks for being awesome!

I used to be a fedex store manager so I know shipping rules. I was told I had to purchase a poly mailer for a box that was corrugated. If I didn't have my 1 year old with me I would have gone back and grabbed one. I get it i was an easy target to not argue back but definitely unnecessary
