They tried to seat me in a chair that already had water in the tub. I told her to put me at different chair and run fresh water. The tech cut my toe nail on one foot and not the other. The foot that she did cut, she cut to short and now my bit toe is tender on my left foot. I started to leave but they were well on there way with my pedicure. But, never again. This was my first and last visit. The Manager Kim realized that there was concern with services provided by another tech. She took over for the tech and completed my pedicure manicure. She was amazing! This is how you are supposed to offer great customer service. Job well done Kim. She has changed my mind.

I came to this place twice, just to see if the second time with a new tech would be a better experience. They cannot even do simply French tips, it looked like I let a non professional do them. I never usually even write reviews, but I am seriously upset at the experience I had there. To make matters worse the first tech cut me twice to where my fingers were bleeding And then they charged me $60 for a fill on short French tips. That’s almost the same price I paid to get them done. The second tech who was a guy had a nasty attitude, and kept snatching my hand around. I will not be back there, just to keep my peace of mind. The other five star reviews that they have may have come from people who are only getting pedicures Or they have a specific tech that they go to and I wish I knew which Tech that was.
