Value was higher than same exact item I found at Ashley's Furniture. I suggest Do your comparisons first!!! Service good. And selections nice. I just wish I had got a bargain.

This place is huge. And, I mean, really huge. They have different warehouses clustered together for the different categories of furniture they carry. The quality of their furniture is also surprisingly good. And the quantity is humongous. Most importantly though, the price is extremely reasonable. In fact, you usually end up finding whatever you're looking for - and at a fairly good price.We were looked after by Max, who was very courteous, professional and accommodating. He was accommodating to the extent that we had gone beyond their closing time, choosing our furniture, and Max was considerate enough not to even mention it.Your "furniture hunting" should invariably include a visit to this place, otherwise you will be doing injustice to yourself.

One of the lights on our couch would not turn off, it would just stay dim. We bought the extended warranty when we bought the couches. I called the Corporate Office in Arlington, and spoke with Meghan. I called on a Friday afternoon, she informed me that since it was Veterans day no one was there to help with the issue of the couches, she said she would call me on Monday. I asked her if I did not hear from her, should I call her. She said no and that she put a note from our conversation on her computer, and that she would call me. Would you guess it? She didn't call, I had to call her. I called Tuesday afternoon, and she tried to help me, she wanted to know if she sent me the part, if I could fix it. Seriously! I bought the extended warranty and you want me to fix the couch? Anyways, the problem was not that light, it was another. No big deal, she was going to speak with a manger about getting the part to fix it. Remember this was Tuesday afternoon. She said she was going to speak to him and call me back. Again, no problem. But, she never called. I had to call back on Wednesday, and she couldn't answer the phone she was busy. So, I asked to speak to a manager, I waited about 5 min, then guess who picks up? You guessed it Meghan. She said that they were trying to fix it themselves but would have to call a 3rd party to do it. Dont get me wrong she was super polite, but this whole situation was ridiculous.

This place is a hidden treasure! We were amazed by all of the furniture that they had. The staff was incredibly nice. I have already bragged about this place to my friends and family, I can't wait to visit again!

The store was a lot bigger than what I expected when I first walked in, the salesmen walked me around all three rooms, and I was shocked at all the choices. They had everything for my house (I got a dining table, bedroom set, mattress and sectional) and it was all in stock which was the key right now. The delivery process was painless and super professional. I recommend UFC to anyone who is asking for furniture.
