I came here looking for a ton of products and had no idea where everything was. I was helped by Nia (sorry if I spelled the name wrong). She was absolutely amazing! She helped me pick out every product I needed and even gave me great suggestions. I've been at this ulta many times and every time she's greeted customers. I never usually do reviews but she deserves it!

Salon services are very hit and miss. I went in for highlights and a trim and after seeing a balayage, I thought that was cute and wanted to try it. Little did I know, she was going to do all of my hair blonde (I’m a red head).. after realizing that she did the entire bottom section, I stopped her and asked her to do a lot less. From my understanding, a balayage doesn’t dye all of the hair. And, to top it off, lots of hairs were missed on the trim. I went back the next day to have them fix all the blonde and to correct the trim but it was a waste of 4 hours on top of the 4.5 hours I spent there the day before. Which then they proceeded to apply a toner to all of the blonde so now there’s no blonde, which I paid for there to be some. And I still had hairs I had to cut myself because she still missed several strands. Their prices are entirely too high for such horrible work. I shouldn’t have had to pay full price for something like this.

I love the selections of high end and drugstore makeup they have at this location. Sometimes it is hard to find staff to help however they are very friendly!

I visited the store on 8/23/24, I purchased travel size product advertised for 10.00 the cashier Bethany lied and over charged me.

i really love shopping at ulta, specifically at this location but yesterday on august 7th i’m assuming this employees name was emily, she’s white and has orange ish red hair wavy/curly hair and she’s short. while i was shopping i was wearing this guy asking emily (the employee) if there was any spanish speaker to help them out and she instantly said no that there wasn’t any available when there was a spanish speaker who could’ve easily helped them what they needed. i’m not sure how but she ended up helping them after she refused to help them even when they didn’t know as much english. emily saw me and looked away so quick and when i tried talking to her for some help she completely ignored me and stared at me weird and just turned around to look at the makeup products. few minutes later my mother saw the wife and husband having a bit trouble talking to emily, my mom went ahead and tried to talk to her politely to help her what they needed but instead she gave my mother an attitude and said “I’m helping them right now, i can’t help you” “Do you not see me helping them!?” sorta loud where i could hear her from the other isle and i was about to tell her to fix her attitude because honestly it was very unnecessary and rude of her to be talking to her own customers. my mom just explained to her nicely that she was trying to help her what they needed when she didn’t understand at all what they needed or what they were asking for. then she proceeded to tell her after that saying “i got this i don’t need your help”. this employee was so rude, if you don’t like your job then quit ??? don’t hire these type of people who are going to be rude against customers because it’s not right, she needs to be fired immediately.

Do not get your hair done by Nancy, she can’t cut hair. Cut my hair way shorter than I told her to and had to have another stylist come fix her mistakes. She dyed my hair and got dye all over me. Once she was done applying the dye she just left my hair down instead of picking it up. She also cannot style blow dry your hair. Worst experience at Ulta.

I love Renee my haircut is excellent!!! For such a simple cut she did a fantastic job I love the way my hair lays my husband even compliments it. Thanks so much best cut by far!

This location always has inadequate sales reps. A specific product i purchase is always out of stock on the shelves and i have to ask someone to go to the back to get it. Same situation but this rep, who seems new, walks damn near in a circle to come back and say i think we are out of stock. 1) where did you go check because you didn’t go to where other reps normally check for inventory in the back 2) another customer comes and interrupts our conversation and the rep just walks off and starts assisting her as if i was not getting service. Furthermore, you have two reps at one register making jokes with a customer, no one attending online pickups and the store is packed. I just walked out. Where is the general manager at this point??

Whatever you do, do not apply to any jobs at this location. They are just playing games with people. As usual, they have tons of openings in multiple areas. But, when I went in to ask about the position, I was told you have to have open availability. That means your life should revolve around a part time/minimum wage paying based on if they feel like giving you the hours. Knuckleheaded, selfish company with their bimbo employees that have fake breasts and hair extensions. No wonder why half the people in this country are on Welfare. You sure as hell can't work at a place like this when they obviously do not want to hire anyone. But, this is what happens when you look for a minimum wage paying job.

The Arlington location (by Papa D's) has really helpful employees. I talked to three of them about hair products at separate times and all had GREAT imput. Keep up the good jobs ladies!

worst experience in this ulta, this one fat women was super rude to me because i tried to pick up a order and because i have 2 last name i put my second one she didn’t let me pick up and she was rude from the start. asking for my ID and everything the worst customer service she needs to go do something with her life like work out cause she looks stupid

Sunday 5/19- There’s a security guard who insisted on following me the whole time I was in the store. I don’t think I need to explain further. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable and discriminated in my life. I will never go back to this location.
