U-Haul charged me twice for a U-Haul that I couldn’t get in so I had to go to another location to get a truck they have not put the first charge back on my card. I want my refund!

First time use the service at this place. Customer service is bad. Before returning the truck, I did refueling some gas back into the vehicle as requested, but they still charged some extra money on the gas because they said it wasn’t refueled, which is not true. The whole trip was 30 miles, which should cost less than 3 gallons of gas, which is what i put on, and they still charged me 2 gallons extra. That’s ridiculous!

We had a family emergency and needed a 2 wheel tow. After knocking for almost 15 minutes the gentleman at the door said that they closed 45 MINUTES ago Seems like the employees close the shop early!! We will definitely not be recommending uhaul services to anyone anymore!

I was asked to come here because the other location didn't have propane. The person inside asked me to go ask the person outside for help. The person outside told me they couldn't help me "today". When I pointed out it was a 7 days a week service she asked me to go to a different location, the same one that told me to come to this one. Benefit of doubt is that they are understaffed and unable to offer the services they advertise?

Customer service is horrible. Who ever runs this place needs to make some changes before more customers stop coming to this place. 3 employees seen and no one has a sense of urgency to take of care of customers waiting to get attended. Ridiculous. No acknowledgement from no one

The guy who gave us the truck was very professional and courteous. But the woman that called us about the truck was not so professional. This female asked me did we have enough money on our card since we were keeping it another day. I hope she is not in management. She really need to be reprimanded! Rude and Uncouth!!!

If I can give this place a zero star I would the lack of customer service from Lori who is not only rude to other customers but was racist to my father telling him to speak English “cause we live in America” immediate actions need to be taken she needs to get fired because if you can’t handle customer service then you shouldn’t be behind the desk. I wonder how many Mexican Americans have to deal with her disrespect. I am so disgusted and I will keep giving this place a bad review if Lori is still there matter fact I’m going to call corporate on her how can anybody hire someone who is proudly discriminating the Latin community.

Overcharged my card, card readers never work, way too much to rent. Didn't help or resolve my problems. Hard to get ahold of anyone who works there

I went to this location and I had problems with my card which was switched to cash deposit. We were waiting for the manager to open up a register. He told the customer service rep to put me aside and take care of the other customers and that she shouldn't hold the line which had gotten longer because of him. I lost my reservation and also the dolly I had reserved the day before. Another customer service person took her the keys to the trailer I had reserved online because she got out of the order because he told her to ??

They charged me for 2 days when i only Signed up for 4 hours of a usage. When i was At the front the staff was talking and giggling and ignored me and my partner for a good 2 minutes. Gave me my keys, lied about the charge and later when i saw The extra charge i called The next day over the phone. After they answered i waited as they giggled and talked to other people like i wasn’t literally on the line waiting to speak to someone. When they finally decided to give me their attention They said the charge was a mistake and when i asked For a manager they put me on hold for 7 minutes doing who knows what. Came back and said no manager was there. So why was i on Hold for 7 minutes ? (Probably because they literally just sit in one spot and do absolutely nothing but spit while they talk and type with nails too long to even spell a word right.) They told me to call the next day to speak to the manager “Tim” and that he’d be there from 7 am till 3 pm. I called The next day at 2:00, I said I wanted to speak to the manager, the girl that answered asked “what was your problem?”, laughed and said “a lot of people are wanting to talk to a manager” when i told her about the double charge she said “oh yeah you talked to savannah yesterday, I already told you we took care of it, what do you want me to tell the manager?” I told her i want To speak directly to him (him as in Tim who’s supposedly the manager but who knows if that’s even his name or if a manager even exists at all) not send him a message through you and she said “well he’s with another customer right now but he can call you back at this number” i said Okay because honestly. What the hell. And surprise surprise no one has called me. This place is trash. The management and staff are trash. It’s uhaul. They just sit at the front and squawk all day like a bunch of dumb birds on a telephone line, ignore you, then steal money from you and say it was a mistake. then give you the run around when you try and talk to anyone with more than half a brain cell. You’re better off stealing a shopping cart from a grocery store and putting your belongings in it and using that. At least that way no one has access to steal money out your bank. It’s disgusting. Like wow. I work Hospitality and this is gross.

Place opens at 7am and staff open the door at 705 and ask customers why they were there so early? Toilet customer service at your finest right there!!! This location should remove the "Hitch installation" sign. Horrible experience! I left without the hitch and went to Discount Hitch and Truck Accessories and they installed hitch, both 4 & 6 prong connectors, with a 4" drop cheaper than Uhaul was charging to do the standard installation, with only 4 prong connector and 2" drop. DHT installed in 38 mins what Uhaul couldn't do in a week. I kept trying to give them a chance to just complete the work, but it became clear, that it was a waste of time. The entire staff moves like they are in slow motion, with no regard for customer's time. With all the bad reviews, it's kinda obvious it starts from the top. This Uhaul facility SUCKS!!

Super helpful front desk made moving a lot easier than planned. Their in house storage unit was the perfect size (10x10) for two couches, a king mattress, and various boxes, and their free handcarts to unload the moving truck it a breeze. Thanks!

Slow service, unsafe truck issued for rental, cost me extra time and money on the day of my move. Great service was provided when I called to book my truck.
