I lived here never late on rent, EVER! no damages at all and I have a video to prove that. Why these people refuse to give me my deposit. This place was nice when we moved in 3 years ago but had gone downhill. Management has changed many times. Only move here if you don't care where you move. The complex is very outdated and is not worth the rent they charge. Please BEWARE of this place if you're looking for a quality place to move. When it rains, it floods here really bad and your feet will get wet because you will need boots it's so much flooding. You will also be forced to get THEIR internet and cable TV even if you don't want it!

It's now called Liv on the Green and it has been my home for about 7 years or a little longer now. I like it here. It's home for me.. ?

These apartments are now called Liv on the Green. This has been home for me for quite a few years, I like it here, sometimes maintenance is a little slow at getting things taken care of, but they have gotten better since the change in Management.
