I had Appointment at 9 am for my Balayage hair color but the Lady name Helen said it will be 6-8 hrs for the hair done even though my hair is meduim size not long and thick. And she said the price will be $350, which later on agreed for $300. She said she needs to do some testing so she colored/bleached my hair to orange color . And she said she will be able to do only hair cut only that day because she had appointments on 12 pm .
I had to go other salon with that orange bleach in few of my hairs . This is so ridiculous, she cannot keep up with appointments and turn some client hair line that.
After going to other salon, i come to know, she damaged my hair.

My boyfriend and i go to this place very often to get cuts and we went in today 4/8/23 and a new person cut his hair. She did a good job with the cut but was very rough and in a rush. Her machine was so sharp that she cut his neck in the back it wasn't till he showered that he mentioned it. Please make sure your new employees don't do this and to be more careful. He did still pay full price and left her a low tip and did not complain but wants yall to be more careful.Service: Haircut

Don’t go there I recently went and showed them a picture of the cut I wanted she said “yeah I can do it” she messes up my hair and when she was cutting my hair she cut me and the cuts were noticeable it burned and she finished in 5 min not even a born or anything left the back of my hair like a square and I wanted a drop fade done waste your time or money !!

Came here to get my hair done with my mom on a Thursday and there was customer coming in and out. I was quite the indecisive person but Travis did really well putting up with me. I was really unsure about wanting the bright red color but Travis did his magic and made it less overwhelming. He also recommended products to keep the color. Helen took care of my mom for blonde highlights. They both did a good job and was very nice to talk to. It's a small store but they move swiftly so please don't mind the few minutes wait. They also specialize in men's haircut based on photos on the wall and incoming customers. Welcoming and happy with service! Thank you!!!

Fantastic salon!!! Helen and Travis both do beautiful work on both women, or mens' haircuts! I have been getting my hair deep conditioned, colored, cut, and styled, as well as waxing done at Trendsetter's for years now, and I always HIGHLY recommend them to anyone I know. They are perfectionists and charge very fair prices? they are the only salon that my family and I trust and love. I wish I could rate them 6/5 stars ? they go above and beyond to make sure their customers leave smiling. I appreciate them so much.

This was the worst place I have ever been to. The service was bad. Even when you have an appointment they make you wait at least an hour. I was getting a haircut and my tips dyed. And she didn't listen to what color I wanted. I had told her multiple times that I wanted it dark red and she still did a bright red color. I showed her how much I wanted to cut and she cut way more than that. Every time I told her something she would respond that "it's gonna look ugly." And then she would do what she wanted. Definitely don't recommend this place.Service: Haircut

Do not take your kids to get their hair cut. They did not take their time and just wanted us out with a quick cut.

Took my 3 yr old son here for a haircut . The lady was very engaging with him and she really made sure his haircut would come out perfect. Great experience here at the salon. The price was cheaper than most salon I've been to. But the service was the best. Highly recommend 10/10Service: Haircut

BLEACHED my scalp, PATCHY, said it was "MY PROBLEM".My whole family and I have been loyal for 2 years and we will NEVER come back here. I love supporting small businesses but they are money hungry/and cut corners here. The photos speak for themself, the manager continuously told me it's my problem I don't like my hair. Now my scalp is flakey from being over processed and have to pay a real salon to fix it.They refused a refund - which I understand time and labor was put into my hair, but the fact that my whole family has went there 2 years is the most upsetting part.Services: Pedicures
