Michael did an amazing job on my car! My car looks brand new again!! 10/10 would recommend him!

Owner is terrible at doing his job. I took my car there for an exhaust installation job. Appointment set at 10am but the installation didn't happen until 12pm. Took the shop 5 hours to get the exhaust installed terribly. The owner then decided to fix the chopped job with his welding skill. As you can see from the picture below, it was the worst welding job I've ever seen in my life. The exhaust hung too low! He then told me that this was all that he could do. To make matter even worse, his welding did not hold and my exhaust came off on the highway!!! I tried to call the shop immediately but no one picked up. Sent a text to him so he knows what happened to the exhaust. His response was "okay". I had to spent $300 extra for the tow truck and another muffler shop to fix his mistakes (see pictures attached). I gave him another chance to fix his mistakes by calling him, but no one answered the phone again. He then texted me saying "sorry for that happens but come to the shop and I'll have people take a look" Why would I want to come to your shop again, Michael? I live in Prosper and I took a long drive to your shop to get it done properly the first time. You didn't have the capability to get it done the first time and your shop has costed me more to fix your mistakes. Customer service is non-existent from you and your shop. I urge everyone to think twice before coming to Michael's shop as he doesn't believe in responsibility nor honesty. You can tell a lot about his shop's atmosphere as his own staff got frustrated with his management and the way he is doing things. Painting a mismatched bumper is another specialty of the shop as well.

I have taken my truck to Mike twice in the past year for auto body repair. His work is excellent. You cannot tell there was every any damage at all. Perfect. Take your vehicle here for all your auto body needs and you will not be disappointed. A+++

I went to Michael at Top One @ 4:30 on a Fri really needing help because I was going out of town the next morning. He had the car ready for me well before I left. Michael and his uncle does great work at a really good price.

I originally went here for an oil change and to check on my CEL light. Come to find out, i was low on oil from a leak, my radiator fluid was way low, and my break fluid was low among my other issues. Michael tried to save me money whwre he could and replaced all my parts with OEM quality parts. The water pump, gaskets, seals and belts were a few other maintenance items that desperately needed immediate attention which resolved ALL my issues. He even found that my throttle body was out of position from my previous (non qualified) mechanic failed to put back correctly. Since then, my car has been driving as a Lexus should even at 180k. Im totally satisfied with the service and hogh attention to detail at a very fair price. Did i also mention that he specializes in auto body repair? Michael had my car for a few days and getting parts and staying in touch throughout the process was never an issue. I have found a new mechanic and body shop at Top One off Colorado in Arlington.
