Tonette has been such a blessing for me and my family. When she was recommended to me, I had already looked at many houses and was very particular about what I was looking for. I was getting exhausted and initially wasnt as open to the process. Tonette met me where I was emotionally and when I finally found a house, she was so good at explaining next steps, advising me on the comps and what to bid. She is truly amazing. I am very appreciative of all her hard work.

Tonette is the best there is in this business. She sold us our home and has been working with and for us every since. She is smart, knowledgeable, kind, and professional. She works so hard to get her clients exactly what they want. We recommend her to all of our friends too. That’s how good she is. I recently lost my dad and had to sell his house. She jumped right on it. It barely took 30 days for us to sell the house. Everything she told my siblings and I about the house, the sale price and the neighborhood was right. EVERYTHING! We couldn’t ask for a better realtor. Matter of fact, as far as me and my husband are concerned, there is no other realtor. We won’t go with anyone else. We’ll use Tonette always. You should too. She’s one of a kind!

Since day one Mrs Tonnette has been by my side with every answer I needed she was working on everything with out me knowing. she was doing it all before it got to me which made my process go as if it was no worries or stress. Through out the process she has been by my side ask if she was there but it was a phone call or text ?? and I have gain a friend in this process if I had to do it again she will definitely be my go to personal not to include she had personal help me get my credit to where it needs to be so me and my family love her.

Outstanding experience. She was very patient and was exceptional at communicating. It took us a few years to look for a home.When we initially started looking, we were looking for new builds and pre-owned. She quickly got us into visits with both types of homes in all the areas we mentioned with all the things on our list. She could quickly find fits that matched the price and the looks.After searching for a while (we couldn’t make our minds up) we turned our attention to new builds. She was familiar with every builder, and if there was a question you had, she would provide the answer quickly. She would meet us across town just to show us homes that builders where building in our area but didn’t have a model to view.Once we found a home in our area, she guided us through every step of building a new home. She worked with our lender and our builder to make our process easier. We are both teachers so dealing with Covid and returning to instruction was our primary focus, and she could step in and make sure that things where getting fixed, re ordered, she held the builder accountable throughout the entire process. There was nothing more relaxing than getting an email explaining that it has rectified things.We could not have gotten through this process without her. She reviews all the paperwork. She makes sure your not getting charged incorrectly and she prepares you for closing.She is the best!
