No matter what day of the week it is, the attendant is ALWAYS late. The place is good. The constant lateness is unprofessional.

A hispanic worker took my clothes out of the washer so a Hispanic customer could put her clothes in. I left a message for the owner, no one ever called me back.

The workers here are rude as hell. I've had two instances where I had an issue. The first one I was literally walking in to take my clothes out (I have it timed on my phone) it has just stopped and she was standing there taking my clothes out. I couldn't believe it. I told her don't touch my things I can see if I had left them there for 20+ minutes and you were busy but you literally stood there for it to stop and immediately took them out because it was busy. Unacceptable. The other time was today I asked the lady if she can open the freezer so I can buy an ice cream she walked right past no eye contact and no response so of course I'm thinking she didn't hear me so I asked again. She raises her voice to give her a second and she heard me the first time. I'm like okay well you should have acknowledged me then how am I supposed to know you heard me smh. I only come here occasionally to wash big items or shoes but I won't be coming back. The owner/ manager should hire better employees. Another lady that's a regular said they are always rude like that. It's disgusting.

I figured that it was going to be packed since it was after work, but there was a low, steady flow of people washing while I was there and plenty of machines to choose from. There were also so many laundry carts available that you could keep it instead of returning or sharing with others. It was quiet, which I appreciated. There's not too many places to sit, but most people stood by their machines for the duration of the cycle. The overall experience was pleasant, I just didn't realize this was a coin-only facility. Also, it's crazy that $0.25 only gets you 9 minutes on the dryer. I've gone to other places in the area that provide 20 minutes for the same price.

5-Star! This place is always very clean and well kept. Friendly, helpful attendant. Small and large washers are clean. Large dryers dry clothes fast. Safe.

I been coming here for years to wash my towels, blankets and activewear tennis. I decided to come wash my grandson's tennis shoes, he was in town visiting for Spring Break. So, for hot water in 'Deluxe' or Ultra mode it's 50-75 ćents extra. It's 6:30a.m. I'm the only person here washing. I just happened to touch the water and the temp was ice cold. I informed the attendant, she replied "I'll call my boss". I told her "No ma'am, give me my 50 cents per wash difference since there's no hot water. CHECH THE WATER TEMP. This is so wrong.

I came in at 4:08 pm and asked if I can purchase laundry soap with a credit card or if it too was cash only. The guy that works there told me it was cash only so I said let me run out to the car to grab my cash, when I came back inside with the blanket I was going to wash, another woman that worked there screamed across the entire laundry “you can’t come in here, we’re closed, we’re closed” (mind you, I literally had just asked the other employee about purchasing the soap to do my laundry and he did not say anything and the sign on the door says they’re open until 10 PM and there were lots of other people still washing clothes) I just left. I understand maybe there might be holiday hours, (although not posted) but someone else walked in ahead of me and was not given the same treatment. Who SCREAMS at potential customers?!

Staff are rude and steals your clothes when you leave it unattended for few minutes. Constantly having to call the police to retrieve my property. I would stay away from this place.
