WARNING BE CAUTIOUS of that lease...those free months of rent they offer is for a REASON!!! So many reason to NOT rent here.. roaches big time, I had to leave half of my apartment when I moved because I was so scared of the roaches coming to my new place. It was sad. Break ins like crazy. Move outs like crazy...I was the last one in my whole building EVERYONE left! As I was moving someone was in a moving truck ready to move in and their apartment was not even ready lol. I signed for the free months of rent and didn't think it would've been as bad as it was, I had to get my kids out ASAP. If you live in building 709 GOOD LUCK!!! Oh and they are getting foreclosed it was on the news the other night. They had contractors out here doing work on apartments across from me.The contract workers have not been back for almost 2 weeks with half of that building exposed, it's pretty crazy over here y'all. DONT DO IT!!!! FAIR WARNING ⚠️

I haven't even been here for a week. Even though my roommate and I were suppose to move in about 2 weeks prior. They changed the move in date 3 times. The first excuse was because the tenant hasn't even move out of the unit yet! The second time was because it wasnt ready so they gave us the move in date for the next day. The next day come they try telling us that the apartment still isn't ready. So they change the unit we were supposed to be in, to a unit somewhat similar and without the washer and dryer. That was fine. After looking at the unit that we were changed to, at first glance it was ok, just a couple of daddy long legs in the corners. But after moving a couple of my things and and get ready to take a shower, there is no hot water. It is now the weekend and can't get a hold of the so called "on -site" EMERGENCY maintenance! After the weekend was over, I finally got someone to come out after constantly calling the office over 5 times. They try to tell me that they will get someone on it HOPEFULLY TODAY OR TOMORROW. NO MA'AM, WE NEED HIS FIXED TODAY! The water was turned on but can't be turned off by the faucet handles. So my shower is just running. Apparently the maintenance guys don't want to touch the contractors work. So that means that this apartment wasn't fully ready also. They painted over spiders on the wall. The tub has a yellow hue to it, the garbage disposal and the pipe connected is majorly leaking! Dishwasher is completely filthy. I'm pretty sure there is more, just have been working 12 hour shifts since I moved and haven't had the chance to thoroughly run through the apt. Will be back with an update and pics later.
UPDATE 9/2... this is goin on the 3rd day without air conditioning in the Texas heat. Has been reported and was told someone will come out the day of the posted maintenance request. I have yet to see anyone come by to even check the unit out. Atp I'm ready to outsource and send the bill. My roommate went to talk to the office and was told that someone will be out, that was on the second day. Then told him that they have over 80 maintenance request, to be frank and quite honest, that's not my problem. You would think you would want paying tenants to stay and feel comfortable in their homes but they don't run their business as such... Thee smiles you give as you are telling people lies about things will get done isn't right. If you don't have enought maintenance men or women to occupy the 2 areas y'all manage, then it's y'all's responsibility to look for other options to get things done, not mine.

I moved in on the 23rd so far haven’t had the best experience my stove doesn’t work my birthday is on the July 28th and I had plans to have a diner maintenance won’t be able to come till next week sometime as well as my toilet is leaking and won’t properly flush these are all things I thought would’ve been taken care of before move in. I will say tho I didn’t catch her name but the African American/black women that works in the office was amazing great hospitality aside from that hasn’t been to great.

I went to shop around for some apartments today and Heather was very kind to me and very detailed on giving me the info I needed. I really enjoyed the customer service here.

I just want to say thank you to Sabrina for helping me and my husband get approved! We are so excited about moving into our new home. The process was stress free and easy! If you’re looking for a place to call home. This is definitely it. It’s located near everything!

Roaches. Trash dumps all overflowing. No landscaping maintained. Weeds growing out of the top of the carports. Do not move here. City will be shutting property soon bet. Mice and rats pools all closed for years.

Me and my wife have been staying here for about a month so far, and honestly it’s been pretty great!
Omatola was very patient and helpful when we were having issues with our application.
Maintenance requests are taken care of pretty quickly as well.
All staff here have done an outstanding job to help this area feel more like home

As far as I know, I am not moving to this complex. I have not even been living here for 2 weeks and the air is not working and it was reported the first time and they fixed it. Second report and still not fixed... very bad maintenance. I have been calling for a whole week to report the air with these high temperatures, just don't pay attention... very bad recommendation, very bad... A COMPLEX WITH POOR MAINTENANCE and they still say go to the office to report and what's the point if they don't do anything...

so i was an applicant and i was trying for a fast movein but they didnt have my unit ready which was a bigger unit.
but who cares about the unit man.
let me tell you about this beautiful angel baby girl Sabrina who was our leasing consulting.
and as i walked into the office and met Sabrina, WOW she is soooooo pretty angel baby girl, it was all worth it and the app fee of $250 just to get to spend a little time with her :-)
so just a tip even if you dont want the apartment, go talk to Sabrina, and shes prolly wearing a sun dress and looking way pretty :-)
yah we didnt take the apartment cause they had a smaller one and it turned out to be too small for our needs.
5 stars for Sabrina :-)

I have had a great experience living here so far. Omatola is extremely helpful and professional in all aspects of her job. Any time there was an issue, it was not an issue for long as she took care of it, with the assistance of management of course.They truly care about being there for their tenants. They helped me get into a larger apartment and put me in a great location on the property. Hat's off ! It has truly been a blessing coming to live here.

I've been living here about a week now and it's terrible so far. My hot water has gone out twice, my kitchen has immediately gotten roaches, my apartment doesn't have a dryer vent for my in-unit washer/dryer, and my dishwasher does not work. They assured me that bugs would not be an issue, but that was a lie. Additionally, they take many days to start maintenance, and it isn't good quality work (obviously, since my hot water has gone out twice in one week). The apartment complex laundry room is run down and smells atrocious. Living here is a scam because they focus so hard on locking you into a year-long lease agreement just to shove you into low-quality living conditions. AVOID this place.

Hello I just moved in these and I can say the move in was great and the application process was amazing thanks to omotola she did an amazing job helping me and updating me with everything and gave me a great tour experience.

My mom lives here and I had a chance to meet the new office staff… they have been soo helpful and attentive with my mom and issues she had in her apartment and providing better customer service … happy to see this change here.
