Beautiful venue for a wedding or event... the ballroom was nice, the catering was amazing and the event room was very elegant with amazing acoustics.

Of December 2023 I had my daughters Quinceañera at The Springs in Arlington. At first, I was somewhat hesitant because the venue had been sold to The Springs. However, the level of attention, support, and service I received were outstanding. I need to give a shout out to Rebekah who went above and beyond by been flexible, kind, patient, and honest. What was not only her, but Dana and even their boss Rob was there helping the day of the event to make sure it was the way I liked it before it started. The food was great, the chapel was lovely, the dressing room was phenomenal and the coordination was superb! You will always be a part of a special memory in my and my family’s life!

I am incredibly grateful to The Springs Arlington for hosting my sisters proposal! Rob Sale was so generous to me during the entire planning process and it wouldn't have come together so beautifully without him. I would highly recommend The Springs for any special event you have coming up; it's a stunning space with amazing staff!

Had my wedding here in Sept 2022. I’ve had to take time to really think about my experience so I could give an honest review.Overall, my experience was positive. Shannon was my coordinator when I started the process. I’d researched the venue prior to booking and Shannon had received great reviews. I hoped I’d get her and was excited when I did. I loved her immediately. However, over the course of 18 months, my coordinator change 4 times. But in the end, I ended up with Shannon, which I was happy about.My wedding was beautiful! It was everything I’d wanted. The venue was beautiful and looked upscale. I got a great rate and everything was explained clearly to me upfront. I was able to visit and take part in as many tastings as I wanted. The planning process went great.Every accommodation was made to satisfy me. Even when we groom showed up over and hour late for rehearsal and we were told that they would charge extra if we went over our scheduled time, they didn’t charge us although we went an hour and a half over our time. We were told that our meal was only for one entree per person, but they allowed our guests to get seconds and did not charge us. (I felt like this should have been the case anyway, since we paid for the food.)With all of that being said, there were some issues. My friend was there to help my cake baker set up the cake and add the final personal touches to the reception area. She was turned away with no reasonable explanation, although I’d provided notice that she would be there to assist. Also, we were not given the rest of our cake. I had to go back and get it the Monday following our wedding.My coordinator was changed again, the day before our wedding and we met Dee the evening of our rehearsal. Dee was not the most professional coordinator and got into arguments with several of my bridesmaids because of her lack of professionalism. She was better the day of the wedding and was helpful and Shannon was there to help as well.After the wedding, we were rudely yelled at to exit the chapel before we were done taking our photos. I found out later than I mom was asked to clean up the rose petals from the floor of the chapel! I was furious and this should have NEVER happened no matter what the circumstances were!When my some of my guests mentioned they didn’t have a seat because more people came than expected, instead of them setting up another table as I was told they would, my guests were told that wasn’t their problem. A table wasn’t brought out until I had to go complain after our officiant came to tell me he was leaving because he didn’t have a seat. That also was UNACCEPTABLE!!!As I said, overall, my wedding day was everything I could have wanted and more, even with the mishaps (now that incident with my mama ALMOST took this review another direction! But I think deducting two stars sufficed.) My vision came together and was executed pretty much exactly as I planned it. My guests had a great time and raved about how beautiful and classy it was.

We just had our wedding here this past weekend and we were blown away by the staff. We originally signed the contract with Mediterranean Villa because it was in our budget and offered us a Vietnamese 8 meal course. I wasn't very excited about how everything looked but I was willing to look past it. Once the change of owner was announced I was a little nervous but I was so excited because they ended up remodeling and making the place exactly what I wanted from a venue. The Staff, Rebekah, Dana and Rob were amazing! They made sure the everything I needed to make my day special was approved like coming in early so I can get my hair and make up started. Our guest couldn't stop raving about how beautiful the venue was. The only little thing that I was different was the food. I was a little disappointed in the food. I know it wasn't the traditional stuff you get at the Vietnamese restaurant but the food wasn't good like what they served us at the tasting. I am glad that the Springs is now a open vendor venue because I would totally cater with someone else. The server that the Mediterranean Villa's cater wasn't very good as well, we had some tables with missing entrees and some tables with double. At the end of the day the Venue is Gorgeous and I would book again. The staff is amazing and really does go above and beyond.

The Springs Event Venue provided us a lovely experience for our wedding!!! Our wedding coordinator, Rebecca was the absolute best and was with us throughout the entire journey! She made it a smooth-sailing process for us. Dana also assisted on our big day and did a great job helping us stay on track as best as possible.The chapel and the reception hall were absolutely beautiful!Our guests complimented the overall venue which included the decorations, food, and service.Thank you for making our wedding a memorable and beautiful experience!!

Venue had electrical problems during the wedding. Would not risk having my wedding here.
