Hello, I want to tell you that my husband went to buy a truck on this site which he had a problem with and they said it would be ready for a date which was not the case since this happened you no longer wanted to make the purchase I just wanted our money back back and the man of this place said no, in my humble opinion I don't believe there is professionalism in this place, I would never visit it again since everything was terrible

I had a bad experience since they were not serious. I gave the signal for a truck which had problems after several days waiting for it to be fixed. I did not want it and they did not return the signal. They do not have professionalism or seriousness in their work.

The team made everything clear and straightforward, answering all my questions promptly and thoroughly. The best part was the low-pressure environment. Unlike other dealerships, I never felt rushed or pushed into making a decision. It was refreshing to shop in such a relaxed atmosphere.
JR, in particular, was a standout. He’s incredibly down to earth and laid back, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. His honest and trustworthy approach was evident from the start, giving me confidence in my purchase. As my business continues to grow, I’ll definitely be back to buy more work vans from King Motors. Highly recommended!

Matt King is a CROOK!! I bought my 5th car from them, and he knowingly sold me a car that he himself told me he knew it was going to happen and just didn't know when. The had the nerve to put it as a repossession on my credit. I will fight this all the way to the Supreme Court if necessary... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HIM!!! Bill would have never allowed this kind of business.. Matt King... SHAME ON YOU!!

We had a wonderful experience here. Brought a truck, and they were very patient with questions and worked with us. Took it to our mechanic, and everything checked out wonderfully. In fact, he said we got an amazing deal.

#1. Every single human associated with this dealership is your typical salesman.#2. Every positive review is fake.#3. Be a good consumer and price check their vehicles and DO NOT purchase any vehicle from here. Right now they are advertising an 2018 Sprinter Amazon delivery van for around 40K and that same van is 43K brand new. Don't let them scare you away from seeking better financing and more value for your follor.

Pros: bad credit is acceptable and buying process is smooth, and cars are dependable.cons; customer relation is lacking. Poor communication. Plus they lie a lot and they don’t refinance. And if you try to leave they threaten to mess up your credit and pretty much the threaten you and try to sabotage your life. I mean, what did I expect from a last resort dealership. The only reason anyone will buy a car here is if they have bad credit. Sorry to break it to you. They will make it worst. I learn the hardway, I should have waited and gone else where. This review is for so you don’t make my mistake.

Do NOT buy or lease from this place. They are a bunch of con artists and will rip you off, and they have absolutely horrible customer services. Inflate your prices to the financial business, lie and withhold information about the car you're interested in (accidents, replacement parts) Rude and snobbish. DO NOT purchase from this establishment.

ive recently purchased a 2020 malibu from this dealer, 36 days into driving the car the check engine light came on, i took the car to a chevy dealership to give me a report. i was told that the vehicle was in a accident,(which i was not aware of when purchasing the car). then i took the car back to k&m motors which they call the next day saying the car is ready, the following day 4/14/2021 this car is still giving me problems. k&m motors did not fix anything and their customer service is horrible. i talk to this rude guy name feranado which he was very unhelpful and have no knowledge on vehiches. i have called the bank ive finacnce through and was told i have the option is unwind the deal. k&m motors is telling me they will not honor the deal and i will have to keep the raggedy 2020 malibu. my point is to go to a real dealership because k&m motors is not it. this place is a huge scam and i am doing everything in my power to get them shut down.

The 1 star is for the nice people. Fernando talks a good game but sold me a car with about20 dents on it. The car is black and difficult to notice but as soon as I got home I noticed and call them. Gave them every chance to rectify but they elected to ignore me. Disapointed specially in light of how nice the people were, but at the end being nice and honest are two different things.
