The Hound Hut has been great with my Golden, Hamilton. They are always able to get him in the same day, take great care of him, and send him home clean and happy. They are very friendly and affordable.

I have been going to the Hound Hut for more than 15 years. They are attentive to what the customer wants but will also make suggestions. They even love your babies so much they sheltered my pups during a tornado in 2012! You will not be sorry using them!

This was our golden retriever’s first grooming experience so I was apprehensive as he has some anxiety and doesn’t like loud noises. He did great! He smells so good, is soft, and the matting behind his ears is gone! So glad to find a groomer close to home!

Heather did an amazing job she did my Husky and my Aussie.. my Aussie got out of my yard and got into some Burrs so he needed a haircut and he looks so cute with like a little Pomeranian haircut...lol

2nd time there. First time was 2 years ago. So thought maybe this time would be better. Heather did a decent job at cutting my schnauzer. I just asked if she could come out with her scissors and shorten the brows a bit. And they are not even. The guy in the front was just worried about getting paid. Not friendly at all. And he went to the back to see if someone would fix the brows but they said they could not. It would have too all of 2 minutes. I left no tip. I feel bad cause Heather did an OK job on the cut but I showed her a pic of what I wanted my baby to look like. So I feel in my heart I need to bring her a cash tip and I will. But not while that rude man is there. Sorry Heather . But will take Yadi to his regular groomer and she will fix his brows. And a few spots that are not even. Should have known better.never again. Kindness..... that's all it would take.

This place is amazing!!! They did a wonderful job grooming my golden retriever and they were kind and friendly throughout the entire process. I greatly appreciate the attention to detail and level of care that they put into their work, and I will be coming back here for all of Cocoa's grooming needs in the future.

Very disappointed I made an appointment and it was canceled then rescheduled for the following weekend. Which was fine, but when I called to make the initial appointment I was told they take dogs who aren't friendly and suffer from anxiety. I come on the day of appointment and I reminded them my dog is protective of me and suffers from anxiety so you have to be gentle when you initially meet her to make her comfortable. The person who met her was not friendly and touched and tried to grab her out my hand. When she reached to grab she growled and then the lady yelled at her and made her have more anxiety. Then I was put out and was told they couldn't serve me. I would not recommend this place.

This place is wonderful! They were able to take me immediately (as I forgot to make an appointment). They asked what I wanted and then told me what they could do for a first time professional groom on my elderly, half-deaf & half-blind, rescue Pekingese mix. I was a bit uneasy having to leave her there b/c I didn’t know if she’d be too anxious—but when I picked her up an hour later she was happy and more alert than she has been recently. And the cost was far less than I expected to pay. Staff is friendly and helpful. They even put a cute scarf on her.

Positive: Hound Hut was an overall good grooming experience, with friendly and patient staff. Thanks for waiting on us, it was very much appreciated on our part. Good location with plenty of parking. Great overall grooming value.
Negative: A small missed piece of hair on the front paw and the 'Mohawk' style we requested didn't turn out like we expected. However, we are new customers and believe this issue can be easily resolved with a better description of the hair cut/style requested.

This business has the worst groomers I've ever met, I took my puppy here and they didn't finish with my ShihTzu Please inform your friends and family and the guy that sits at the desk was also Rude HOUND HUT. STRAIGHT GARBAGE. PETCO HERE I COME.
