When we came to look at the home Kristen was very patient with us and assisted us in connecting with an agent once we were ready to make an offer.After we decided to make an offer Kimberly did an excellent job as our agent. Her negotiation skills and advocacy for us were remarkable. We were very blessed to find the Helton group and more specifically Kimberly attached to the home we offered on. In an "exciting" (insane?) market and with only a very short window to purchase a house, Bill was incredible. He made himself available to us at all hours and worked to find us a home that fit every perimeter we needed. He has a skill for simplifying complicated jargon and making sure you know that you are in control, while being there to assist with whatever pops up. We experienced some small hiccups in our buying process (nothing to do with our end) and Bill never skipped a beat - he made sure to get us through every bump and he came up with creative solutions we didn't even know were within our options. Needless to say, we are very very happy in our new home! I highly recommend Bill and his entire group - friendly and dedicated, 5 stars!
