My child has gone to this school since they were 9 weeks old, we sadly had to leave after 2 years. We loved it at first but as the time went on things went from ok to really bad. They are severely out of ratio to the point they cant keep teachers because its too overwhelming. They are unable to take care of the children properly to the point where my child didn't get their diaper changed for a full day. I picked them up and they still had the same diaper on I dropped them off with and that resulted in a horrible rash from sitting in filth for 8+ hours. They still are trying to sign children up, if you drive by you will see the 'Now Enrolling" signs out front. There is no curriculum because they are just trying to survive the day with little teachers. My child came home every single day with bite marks and horrible scratches covering their face and was always so dirty. I watched the cameras all day every day just so I knew what was going on and it stressed me out. It was chaos in the class rooms and no structure because one person cant control 16+ 2 year old's. There would be children climbing on tables and getting into everything, papers thrown all over the classroom, completely out of control. My child picked up horrible habits just being able to run amuck. He would just get yelled at all day, which a two year old doesn't understand just being yelled at. I am hoping with the old director gone and the new director stepping in that things turn around for the better. The teachers that have stuck it out are great and the new ones that came in right before we left were great too but they just need more help. You can tell they are stressed and I hope things get better.

This is one of the worse places to have your kid a man with dreads smells like complete marijuana aswell as Ms.Theresa is pinching babys and my baby literally pointed her at me and told me her hurt my arm the new director literally sat in her office with the lights off as she’s been doing every time I’m up there to avoid parents your kids safety doesn’t matter and I suggest watching cameras more to see if your child is being abused and neglected and the director Jaclyn she’s horrible no communication with parents I didn’t even know who she was until me and another parents asked who’s in charge here and after that she still didn’t come out.. if I can give this location 0stars I would and I will be calling licensing on them

My daughter absolutely loves this daycare. The staff are so sweet. They did a great job with helping to potty train my child. I love that they have video in the room so you can check on your child while they are there. They do tons of learning activities inside and outdoors. We have been here for a little over a year.

Yesterday when I picked up my son I noticed his diaper was full. I had to unfasten the seat buckle of his car seat to adjust it to the size of his diaper. Of course she assured me it was just because he had just woken up from a nap. Unfortunately, I left thinking it was just piss but in fact it was full of him going #2. As my wife was changing him she noticed my son had a diaper rash for the second time at this daycare within a month. This bothers me because after the first incident we gave them 6 diapers a day and told them he needed to be changed more than once a day . The SproutAbout app shows he was only changed once a day. Which he only attends twice a week which is from 7:30 to 3:15pm every Tuesday and Thursday. Not sure what happened to Ms Abigail but since he has not been in her class I’ve seen a less excited kid to attend daycare. Needless to say I don’t think they were following my diet for my son as well. My wife who doesn’t pick up my son after school nor drop him off in the morning due to schedule conflict was able to come into the building pick up our son without identification nor did she have the code to get into the building. Today we decided to pull our son from the daycare because we no longer feel safe.

If you’re looking for a daycare/school for your child, this is the one! My son has only been here for about two weeks and I already see so much progress in his development & even his behavior. He’s been in other childcare and never thrived the way he is in this one. He loves it here, never gives me trouble to drop him off and half the time doesn’t even want to leave when I go pick him up! Thank you to Children’s courtyard & Ms. ReeNae for being so great!

If you want your children screamed at all day and yanked around when they aren't being a robot for the teacher then this place is for you. Such terrible teachers and management is even worse!!

The staff only know how to yell at students. The teacher sits in a chair and blows a whistle at kids who are misbehaving. The director yells at parents when they voice and concerns. What makes it worse is they charge more than any other after school care in the area. Wish I could do zero stars, but 1 will have to do

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHDREN HERE!! Friday April 23,2021 I rushed to the center to pick up my 3yo daughter after viewing on the live feed Mrs. Tanya Sells the preschool teacher Grabbing my daughter aggressively. When I arrived to the center my daughter had a red mark that measured from her shoulder almost to her elbow. When I asked the director and the teacher they both stated another 3yo did this. All because my 3yo daughter said so. My daughter was terrified to say that her teacher did this and did not admit the teacher did it until we left the center. My daughter was so scared when Mrs. Tanya Sells came out she wouldn’t even look at her. The red mark has now turned into a bruise. And this is not the first time she has grabbed children aggressively. THE DIRECTOR TERESA OLIVER denied that this was the teachers doing and blamed another child in the class instead. The director Teresa Oliver refused to show me the video feed from the cameras.

Teresa offered a pleasant experience from sign up back in June and still to this day with CC. It took us weeks to decide on a school with a ton of research. We're interested in consistency and this school has definitely provided that for our family. The teachers always offer a welcoming feeling and seem to be very engaged with her learning and development. Tekeia the director is genuine and friendly. We met her as a part of the infant room. She has given parental advice, helped us feel comfortable with our decision to make CC our school of choice, and you can tell really does enjoy her job and takes it very serious. She is super friendly and engages with the parents every time you step inside the school. All of the other teachers such as Ms. Tanya, Ms. Mya, Ms. Sima, ReeNae, and many others that are a reflection of CC offer exemplary work with children. I wish I could name more but I can only name a few. Thank you for taking such good care of our daughter. We look forward to continued care for the coming year!!!

Now that my children are no longer enrolled there, I’d give them 0 stars if possible. If you like constant miscommunication. Apps that don’t work (video) and being overcharged and your infants bottles being made with tap water. It’s the perfect place for your children.

At first glance the I fell in love with the school. My children were enrolled in November (apparently everyone else had enrolled before us) and all of the teachers treated them differently because of it. Especially ms Leslie. One day I walk my daughter to class and ms Leslie IMMEDIATELY stopped us at the door and informed us she had switched my daughter to a different class. Her reasoning was that she was over capacity and my kid was the last student enrolled. My kid had already been in her classroom over a month. That wasn’t the proper way to address us. I would’ve like to kno ahead of time so I could’ve prepared my kid. It wasn’t fair to my child. She was heartbroken. It made me feel as though we weren’t welcomed. I spoke with the director and she did nothing to solve the situation. I watched my daughter walk past her old classroom with tears in her eyes. She grew to like her new teacher ms Chanel. Ms chanel was awesome but my child still missed her old friends. I also told these people that my daughter was kicked in the face by another student and they basically told me I was lying. Every complaint I had they said my kids were lying. We were constantly reminded of “being the new kids on the block” my children were outcasted & We NEVER felt welcomed. I should mention there was lovely lady in the infant classroom that helped me get my keys out of my car one day. So for that I’ll give the school 1 star

We transitioned our son here from the now-closed Ballpark location when he started at Butler and he loves it! During the summer they have a wide variety of activities and during the school year it seems like there is always something to do after school. They offer many activity options to fit different kids.
