If I could do 0 stars I would. Please do not lease here :( constant issues with a careless maintenance team. This entire complex needs to be torn down completely.

PROS:CLOSE TO EVENTS - It's 5 minutes away from the AT&T Stadium, Six Flags, and Choctaw Stadium.FAST MOVE-IN - The assistant manager Perla dropped everything to move me in as fast as she could after a terrible apartment experience down in San Antonio. I was from out of state. I thank her and Aria Apartments for all their prompt help.CONS:NO WATER HEATER - There is no water heater in the apartment. Every multi-unit is using one water heater line. So you have to wait 3 to 5 minutes for the water to heat up in the kitchen and bathroom sink.NO STORAGE - There is no storage closet in these apartments so if you have things you might want to store, you'll have to get a Public Storage.BAD HEATING IN THE WINTER - Since the central heat is electric and not gas, it blows very cool air a few inches into a room in the winter instead of hot. Your eclectic bill will be high!!! My space heater kept me warmer than the central heat. It only blows out at 112 degrees. While my space heater blows at 177 degrees. They tell you to keep the heat running in the winter (and sink faucet dripping) so that the pipes don't freeze. You're not compensated for that.PATIO 1st FLOOR HAZARD - Next to the heat this is the worst part. They have no protective ceiling cover for the patio balcony above. So if the tenant above sweeps, the dirt, dust, and leaves fall in-between the cracks and on you head if you're sitting out there. When I ask if they could put a protective tarp up, they told me to put it up myself as long as it doesn't damage the property. I have no ladder and I don't know what entails "damage of property".POOR RESOLVING ISSUES - The tenant above me would sweep the dirt and leaves off her balcony which falls onto mines. She would also shack her rug. I ask them to tell her to stop and the assistant manager Gricelda Cardenas told me there is nothing they can do about it. She also told me since I was the only one whosever complained about dirt and leaves falling onto my balcony from the tenant above, there is no resolution. I will contact the owner of this property. As management company (Knightvest), you do not wait until a problem raise in numbers to fix it. That's like saying if my water pipes burst, they will only fix them if other tenants have complained about their pipes bursting, otherwise fix the problem myself. That's Oxymoronic.Attach are pictures of the central heating temperature compared to my space heater and the patio balcony.

I am sad I have to even give this business 1 star. There have been a series of uncomfortable events here. It started with my move in. 3 days after moving in, maintenance spilled paint all over brand new patio furniture. They refused to replace any of it and did a poor job fixing it. The maintenance guy Edward poured the clean up down the garbage disposal and stopped it up. I fixed this one myself. There have been countless days without hot water.... I know the city didn't hit just the hot water line! You also have to run water for more than 5 min to get hot water.... running up your water bill! I was here for 45 days when there was a call from on site to have my car towed. I have a parking pass in my window and have had one the entire time. Last night several cars were broken into. Mine had over $1,500.00 in damage done. Managers saw several of us residents speaking with the police and chose to ignore us. Didn't even care to stop and help!

We were apartment hunting all throughout Arlington and we never received amazing service until we went to the Aria. Alexandra was so up-beat with a great attitude. She was just as enthusiastic as we were and helped us every step of the way. I'm so happy to call The Aria my home.

Maintenance generally has to be at my apartment once a week. Something is always breaking down. It”s been very cold and the heat is only in one room of the apartment, the guest bedroom is freezing and nothing we’ve done works. The two stars is for the maintenance guy that’s always there to help grateful for him. Residents please inform your guest to make sure the tag is well displayed and cannot fall or else they will pay the towing fee, even with proof the tag is in the car…. Very disappointed in the change I have seen since I moved here 5 stars now 2…

Beautiful apartments with nice location but the management is out to scam you. They will tow your own car from the complex, even if it is on file in their system, if your pass (that you have to purchase) is not displayed correctly. You also will have to individually purchase guest passes if you ever want to have company. The power outlets are the incorrect size and all of your plugs will continuously fall out of the port. You can not trust them to with your mail even though the mailbox is attached to the office. Good luck taking a hot shower the hot water gets turned off "for repairs" about twice a month. Management is rude and ruthless and they will drain you of money at any chance they get, and slam you with hundreds of dollars of move out fees for new blinds and ceiling fans. They try to make up for it though with food trucks in the parking lot occasionally.

There is a lady at this apartment called Daisy. She is just a star. Takes all the time needed with customers, very good customer service skills, kind, courteous. I am happy I went to that apartment and would recommend anyone in this moment of house bubbling.

The apartments are trash , the hot water is constantly out , and I mean constantly at least once a month the hot water is out and sometimes it’s for days. They do nothing to accommodate for the inconvenience, and act as if this is normal. It’s so frustrating! And the tow company they employ is terrible, will tow you even with the tow pass is the car . Do not move here

5 stars for customer service from Aspen.I didn’t end up moving in, but most rental communities do not reply to my calls or emails, or they take awhile to reply.Aspen was quick to follow up with me and so informative, helpful, and personable. She was quick to answer questions and went above and beyond to try to get me approved and into a home as soon as possible as I was looking to move right away

Awesome management here!!! They get things done here. Anytime I've needed something done for my apartment I always can rely on them. They allowed my service animal here, and anytime you explain your situation they understand and try to help as much as they can. I'm from Cali, and trust me, this is the best complex I've been in. I plan on staying here until I can get my own home

I went without AC for 6 days. Yes maintenance came out everyday to try and resolve the issue but were unsuccessful every time. Im not sure they’re HVAC licensed. 6 days with no running air conditioner in the middle of August when it’s well over 100° outside. I work from home and was unable to escape the heat. On day 6, I was finally given a window unit. I’ve reached out through email asking to be compensated only to be ignored. The aria needs to do better. I’m a loyal customer here, i pay my rent on time every single month for more than a year and they still can’t be human enough to give compensation not only for no AC, but i went a whole week with no hot water and management could care less. As long as you pay your dues, they want no part of the issues you endure.
