Well I hate to be leaving this review due to the fact that I’ve been going to the same store for almost the past 10 years but the never-ending issues I’m having with this wheel and tire set up and 8 inch lift is driving me nuts.
The first and biggest issue that I am having is the wheels that they put on my truck, have cracks in the splines of the lug holes. Which looks to me that the wrong wheel was ordered and they proceeded to drill them out so they could fit my truck. me and Yusuf were having a conversation about this, but I think it just got pushed off to the side. I’m not totally sure. But safety is my biggest concern as if cracks will get bigger. I was told not to worry about the cracks in the wheels, but my concern came around after Texas tire shop in San Antonio made me sign a waiver before I left because of how the wheels were. I’m also having a hardest time in the world keeping these wheels balanced. I spoke to a general manager from a different Texas tire and he told me if it was his store he would just replace the wheels to make sure that they weren’t an issue or a safety concern. This truck just sits in the driveway now. I Don’t even drive it.
The second issue I’m having is keeping this truck aligned has been a beating. Well, come to find out after taking my truck to another shop to get the alignment done they told me that where they’re supposed to be castor/camber bolts on the lift they put just regular bolts that don’t stay adjusted and can move freely if hitting a bump too hard or just overtime.
my main goal behind this review is to let someone higher up know of the issue so maybe we can resolve this issues so I can change my review because overall this store has been very great I have spent over $10,000 here and I’ve recommended a lot of people to go here but due to these issues I’m having I’m not so sure if that’s the best.

Very bad service my truck was new out the lot they lifted 8 in lift kit was install wrong that it end up messing up my transmission they put wrong spacer and don’t won’t own up to there mistake left there for months cuz they need to replace a bushing and my truck end up getting keyed out side there shop now there’s new management and act like nothing ever happen

AVOID Texas Tyres - They're a Nightmare!
My experience with Texas Tyres was a total nightmare. Instead of the good tires I asked for, they gave me cheap knockoffs and didn't even say sorry.
When I complained, they were mean and threatened me. Their staff acted so bad, I couldn't believe it.
Stay away from Texas Tyres. They lie to customers and treat them really badly. Don't trust them - they just want your money. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!

Never going to another tire shop while I’m in Arlington. My car got a flat half a mile from their shop and they literally picked me up and hooked me up with a tire. Youssef, Karen’s, and Nick saved my neck with their efforts. Will be going back with all tire/brake needs

Discount tire wouldn't even look at the tire, and wanted to replace it, charging my Wife $130. Texas tire patched my tire in less than 10 minutes. THANK YOU! Texas Tire is Awesome, Professional, and Fast.
