EXTREMELY OVER PRICED PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, do your research people, don't know who buys at their prices? when all you have to do is a little research on Facebook or offer up and find 50% cheaper prices on shops the same kind and size... and I just find out on the reviews they charge for air!! ??? where in Texas a tire shop charges for air!! Its call common courtesy!!??? but hey, your shop, your policy... my money, I decided where to spend it? not here for sure ?

Fast and courteous service lined up valve stem to yellow dot tomake balancing better professionalWent back again with my tire just to get a valve stem replaced fat boy in the shop wouldn't replace it said my tire tread was too low went to another they replace my valve stem no problem will not go back to this place due to fat boy being rude

I was skeptical about this place at 1st but I stopped by anyway. I had a great experience with them. They got me the tires I wanted for my truck and they were ver professional Jasmin was very helpful and honest about everything. I'll definitely keep using them

Friend got a decently priced quote over the phone, so we arrived there just to be told a completely different price. I thought it was probably just a mistake so we let the guy know at the counter that we got told a different price over the phone, but he wouldn’t do it! I was in a hurry so I left it with them, was told it would take 15 minutes, but it lasted nearly an hour! Then a couple months later, I didn’t realize until recently that they completely chewed up my lug nut covers, like if they forced them off. Not going back

These guys only care about your money and nothing else. Zero customer service, young and rude from the front desk people to the mechanics at the shop. I got my rims and tires here less than a month ago. I had to turn around as soon as I drove my car on the highway because my tire was shaking so bad. I was told I need a hub ring so they installed the hub rings got back on the highway same issue. I had to come back again for them to properly ballance my tires. Not only that just this Monday 4/24/23 I had a nail in one of my tires so had to come back here again to buy a new tire because apparently they don't have warranty on their tires so I had to use my extended warranty to purchase a new tire. Jose told me tires has been ordered and will be ready the next day and promise to call me when tires are ready. I waited 3 days, no call so I called Jose and he told me he didn't order the tires because the payment didn't go through. Long story short I called my company again to get the payment through. Jose called me this time that my tire is ready. I showed up to have my tire installed only to find out he ordered a different brand of tire because they don't have that brand in stock. Jose didn't bother to tell me and made me drive an hour to this location.I'm now going to a different tire place to have my tire done. Will never come back here again nor recommend this place to anyone.

Waste of time and personal information. Make 3thousand a month but denied. Crazy cause the guy who referred me lied on his and doesn’t even make what he claims but whatever ??

I stopped at this location because my front tire was low and the guy in the garage was so rude I asked how much would he charge just to air the front tire he said 10 bucks and it’s not the money it’s the way you talk to people I would never spend one dime at this place I’d whether have a flat first worst customer service ever!!!

1 mile from my home, have been there 3 different times Todo business, always excuses. Blah,blah,blah, Terrible... I will Never go back, them youngsters Have to Much money already. ?.
