I had a 2012 f350 what one shop messed and came to texas tire and Kevin got my truck fix and sold me new rims and tires. Always willing to work with you. Haven’t one bad experience there. Highly recommended.

improve communication with the customer and all around positive customer service interactions. this particular business never contacted me when my parts were in. I called 3 plus times to schedule my truck and had to physically go to the shop. my truck was "scheduled" 3 differnet times in which I dropped my truck off at approx 830 the morning of. I received no calls updating me on the status of my truck. I called the shop to be told it wasn't going to be done until the next da

I recently took my truck to get it drop and the service they gave me has been excellent. Also the prices they have are so economic thanks to them my truck didn’t just get dropped but got new tires as well. I would highly recommend this shop for any vehicle that would like to be dropped or lifted.

Received 4 sets of used tires and 3 of them had to be replaced elsewhere in less than 3months and the other one needs to be replaced soon I’m aware that they were used tires but never have I experienced such poor used tires and they also said I needed tire rods (maybe trying to justify there poor tires prior to them going out) since I didn’t get the warranty but when I went to someone else to get them fixed they laughed and said I don’t even need them so this place is not the place to go to if you want honest work done to your car
